Chapter 7

~A few months later~

ELLIES POV:

"Come on baby, we gotta leave for Skip's party soon!" Beau calls out to me as I finish putting my costume on. It is now October 31st, 2012 and Beau, Luke, Riley, Charlotte, Charlie and I are on our way to Skips eighteenth birthday party. Since his birthday is on Halloween he decided to have a combined birthday Halloween party.

"Coming!" I answer as I finish and walk out to the lounge room. Beau looks up and me and stares. I laugh and wave my hand in his face.

"You look hot," he says as he looks at me in my Alice in Wonderland costume.

"You don’t look too bad yourself," I answer as I look at him in his police officer uniform. He smirks and kisses my cheek. I look over at everyone all mucking around so happily. I never thought life would be like this at all before Beau came back. The boys are doing great with their Janoskians stuff. They have a single and are going on tour with Reece Mastin and Justice Crew soon. Everything is working out for them, they are practically famous now. James and Jai both have girlfriends. Jai is going out with Ariana Grande, yes I said Ariana Grande and James is going out with Veronica Bravo. Everything is great.

"How many people are coming?" Charlie asks.

"Knowing Skip probably at least two hundred," Luke answers.

"Where's Jai and James?" I ask.

"Going to pick up Ariana and Roni, they're gonna meet us there," Beau answers me.

"Okay, cool," I answer. We lock up the house then head to Skip's house. We can already hear the music thumping from two blocks away. Beau parks his car away from the party because he doesn’t want anyone to wreck it. We walk around the corner of the block to see people dressed in costumes all crowded around Skip's place. I'm dressed as Alice from Alice in Wonderland, Beau is a policeman, Luke and Jai are dressed as Mario and Luigi, James is dressed as Batman, Charlotte is dressed as a cheerleader, Charlie is a doctor, Skip said he was going as an astronaut and Ariana and Veronica told me they're coming as a Nurse and a schoolgirl. The boys walk off leaving me, Beau and Charlotte standing outside the house. We see Ariana, Jai, James and Veronica walk out towards the backyard so I guess that's where the main bit of the party is.

"Come with me," Beau says as he takes my hand while I take Charlotte's. He leads us through the house to the backyard.

"Skip!" Beau shouts.

"Beau!" Skip slurs back. He has obviously started drinking.

"Happy birthday bro!" Beau says as he man hugs Skip.

"Thanks man!" Skip answers.

"Happy birthday!" me and Charlotte say in sync.

"Thankyou ladies," Skip winks and he pulls us in for a hug. I look at Beau who looks slightly annoyed so I pull away.

"Here have a drink!" Skip says handing us all a drink.

"Thanks!" I answer.

"Enjoy!" Skip laughs before he dances off with a girl.

"Bright boy isn't he," I laugh to Beau. He laughs back taking a sip of his beer.

"I'm gonna go find Ariana and Roni okay," Charlotte says.

"Alright, see ya," I answer. Charlotte smiles and walks off with her drink.

"Do you want to dance?" Beau asks me.

"Okay," I smile and take his hand as he leads me to the dance floor. We dance together for a while before someone taps Beau on the shoulder.

"Beau!" the girl shrieks as she hugs him.
