Nick's POV
I stand in front of one of the other hotel rooms and knock Aaron opens the door and looks at me, "I need your help with something." "Sure what do you need ?" "I think we should go see how it went between Zak and Vanessa. Together we start walking down the hall to Zak's room when we reach the door I knock and a few seconds later Zak opens his door and Aaron and I both walk in.
~In Zak's room~
Zak 's POV
I let Nick and Aaron in my room and shut the door when I turn around both of them are sitting on my bed, they exchange a look with each other and Nick speaks first. "So how did it go with Vanessa?" I knew they would want details but there are a few parts of our date I wanted to keep to myself. "It was fine." This time Aaron speaks "just fine?" "We went for ice cream then went to the park and we kissed."
I watch the huge grins appear on both of their faces and I could tell they were enjoying this, "Nice going I didn't think you had it in you." I roll my eyes at Nick's joke. "For someone who went on a date and got kissed you don't seem that happy about it." I scoff at what Nick said he's married he doesn't know the struggle. "I don't know guys her ex has came back and he has feelings for her too, and I don't know if she will pick me."
"Zak she does her own investigations and lock downs the two of you have more in common than they do." Aaron was actually giving me relationship advice, "I don't know if I'm right for her she will want a future and a family and to get married I don't know if I can give her that." "Zak you have already given her one thing he can't you were there for her when she got upset you comforted her." I thought about what Nick just said to me but I continued on "what if she doesn't pick me?" "Something tells me you have a better chance with her than you think and she would be crazy not to pick you." Aaron was being serious no joking around this time. If I wanted her to pick me I knew what I needed to do I would have to tell her how I felt. With the advice from my friends Nick Groff and Aaron Goodwin I set off to go to the Galka house to tell Vanessa how I feel face to face.
