My back is killing me ( not literally) so I'm just lying down in my bed with a pillow underneath it.
It's making it feel a little bit better but I hope it doesn't get any worse because one time it hurt so much I couldn't move at all! And that was scary as shoelaces.
I look ridiculous in this position xD I look like a sleeping demon
