CHAPTER 28: It f*cking hurts me

MARK's POV

The media people were so loud about the controversy of me cheating. I don't watch the news even read the papers because I am so tired feeling hurting. I also receive death threats from Cassie's fans and I bet Guila too. Speaking of her, I wonder how she is today. I worry about her. Two months have passed and I admit I do miss her... a lot and I want to go to her but I bet she will just push me away. Now I am trying to focus on Cassie. We are okay now and we have decided to continue with the marriage. Anyway, I can learn to love her the way I used to love her before besides she's easy to love. She have forgiven me, I mean she has the kindest heart unlike Guila who heartlessly broke me.

Am I angry to her? I guess so. I just can't accept the fact that she can't fight her love for me. "Oh Mark, you gotta stop thinking of her." Yeah, I gotta move, gotta move on.

GUILA's POV

Two months have passed and I still can't forget the shame I felt that night. I mean, everyone keeps on reminding me about that day but I need to go on. Since that day there have been paparazzi following me and the media named me, 'ICE F*CKING WOMAN'. No matter how many times I say that I'm used to hearing that, it still affects me, it pains me. I mean, I am just a human.

Now, it's really my last day at work. Thank goodness, they didn't choose Charlene to be the President so I am slightly glad to leave the office. It's time to leave all of this. Tonight, I'll be flying to my parents' house in Florida. They already know about my pregnancy and I am glad that they're keeping their mouth shut about this to Mark and his parents.

As I am fixing my things, suddenly Charlene came in with her loud voice, "THIS IS YOUR FAULT!"

"What? What are you talking about?" I asked perplexed and stopped what I am doing.

"They fired me because of you. You ruined my career Guila!" she said angrily.

"Huh? You're blaming me? Look at yourself first. You ruined yourself Charlene. They fired you because you are so insecure and incompetent."

"What the f*ck did you say?" she raised her brow.

"I said you're insecure and incompetent. You want me to say it again as loud as I can? YOU ARE INSECURE AND INCOMPETENT B*TCH! I glared at her.

She then dashed to me and slapped me so hard.

This is totally getting into my nerves and fires up all the anger I have hide inside. I stood from my seat and slapped her back.

"How dare you!" she screamed and pulled my hair. I then scratch her skin until we continuously hit and hurt one another. I forgot that I am pregnant and just keep on fighting physically until somebody stopped us. It's the couple, Mark and Cassie.

Charlene spats an annoying laugh, "What a reunion!"

"Shut your f*cking mouth b*tch!" Cassie warned her.

"So you're on the side of the one who betrayed you. I can't believe this! F*ck you! I won't shut up just because you say so. That woman ruined my life. She stole my boyfriend years ago, also the Presidency position and the respect and praises that I suppose to have. She has stolen everything from me," Charlene expressed and left the room.

Cassie was holding me and she released me when Charlene left. "I know you're not okay, but... Is that true that you stole her boyfriend?"

"Cassie, let's leave," Mark said.
