Memories
~From The Black Rose, by Aislinn Riley
Life comes and goes
but so does love
Its so fleeting, a heartbeat
then not
Though when we look into the mirrors of the past
our hearts start beating again
As one, we breathe together
inspired by this fleeting love
Hearts entertwined in fate's plan
Dancing together like the wind
Angels singing loudly
so beautiful is this love
breathe....
breathe for me...
sing...
sing for me....
smile...
your biggest smile....
love....
love for me...
I love you
Your voice, your breath, your heart
Once mine
What happened to those memories
Gold specks drowned in tears
We all lose something small or big
But we grow stronger
in the end
breathe....
breathe for me...
sing...
sing for me...
smile...
your biggest smile...
love....
love for me...
I love you
Even though our hearts are quiet
those fleeting memories remain
a happy, painfiul reminder
of all that has end
pain...
sorrow...
loss...
death...
We breathe together still
though not ourselves
Time has ended us
But we still keep going
Flowing in the underlying waters of the sea
Is my heart somewhere
It will be found
It will be found
move on...
away from me...
live on...
without me...
breathe...
breathe life...
sing...
sing for you...
smile...
bigger than ever before...
love....
but not for me....
I love you
I love you
I will always love you
If we are both to die, I want it to be together.
But it won't happen.
But that's okay.
I will smile for you if you cant.
