Next Day

"Yea, I know." I said to the person on the other end of the phone as I laid on my back on the floor of the studio.
"The wedding is in about a week. You sure everything will go as planned?"
"Positive." I reassured her.
"Good, and what about the parents?"
Shit. I totally forgot how this would effect them. Being that they set this up for a reason anyway. "Um, I'm not sure. Cause you know they set Kay'Lani and I up for a reason. But I guess they just gonna have to cope with the fact that its going to be me and you now. Like it has been from the start."
"And the house?"
"The house? Shit, the house is for me and my wife. She gonna have to bounce."
"That's good to hear. I can't believe we're finally about to do this. I love you Jacob."
"Well believe it. Te quiero más."
We hung up and I pressed play on the stereo.

I was walking to the movie room so I could drown myself in my thoughts. When I got to the door I heard someone on the phone in the studio. And well, me being me, I began to eavesdrop.
"Yea, I know." They said.
Wait, is that Jacob? When did he get here?
"Positive." Alright, it's definitely Jacob but who is he talking to?
"Um, I'm not sure. Cause you know they set Kay'Lani and I up for a reason. But I guess they just gonna have to cope with the fact that its going to be me and you now. Like it has been from the start."
Pause. Rewind. Play.
What.the.fuck? Are my ears deceiving me or some Shit? Can't be.
"The house? Shit, the house is for me and my wife. She gonna have to bounce."
Ze Fawk? It's like that? Damn. That's so low. Even for Jacob. Now I'm starting the think he wanted me to hate him. All for some damn plan of his. Two can play that game bruh.
"Well believe it. Te quiero más."
I backed away from the door and ran to get my keys.

"Is Craig here?" I asked stepping inside when Sydni opened the door to their apartment. I've been so out of it too even realize she moved in.
"No why? What happened?" She asked, closing the door.
"I got some Shit to tell you." I said sitting at the table. "So, I was going to go watch a movie when I heard someone on the phone in the studio." She sat down. "It turned out to be Jacob and I heard him say something like "Yea it's been me and you from the start and they gone have to accept it and that's me and my wife house she gone have to bounce."
Syd nodded processing this information. "So, he not planning on marrying you or something?"
"Apparently, and he might've been playing me from the start."
"Damn, so what you gone do?"
"I mean, I really don't care because you know I'm kind of seeing Jaden and then yesterday with Chresanto. I'm just all types of fucked up right now." I admitted.
"Ye- wait. What happened with Chres yesterday?"
Oh Shit.
"Oh um, I..I might've given in to temptation."
"Given into temptation and did what?" She demanded.
"Okay just hear me out. I've been so sexually frustrated and then Chres questions me about Jaden and then confesses that he's in love with me and then we kissed and I was only in a towel but then there was no towel and then well then I realized I was a whore and we had sex." I said without stopping to breathe.
"Oh my God Kay." Sydni started.
"I know I know you don't have to say it."
She sighs. "You're not a hoe you're just, a trashbox."
"Oh God" I said banging my head on the table.
"No I was just kidding," She says laughing. "It's okay. I mean, everyone gives into temptation now and then. Like me for example. I told myself I wouldn't lose my virginity until I was married but then along came Craig and it was bye-bye to Purity Ring."
Oh yea, I remember that story. She called me crying the next morning about how she broke her #1 rule and how her mom would be able to tell. And make her a pap smear appointment and all that mess. But hey, I told her that purity ring would never work, being that I had had one before too.
I bust out laughing. "Oh God, I feel so much better. Thank you Syd."
"Hey it wasn't suppose to be funny."
"Haha sorry."
"Okay so anyway. Back to Jacob. What you gonna do?" She said trying to change the subject.
I chuckled "Let him do away with his plan. I got other Shit to deal with. And Syd, on a serious note, what should I do about the Chres thing?"
"Well, are you in love with him too?"
"No but, I love him as a brother. Which makes this all the more awkward and twisted. And, I will admit that he is a great guy and I find him extremely attractive."
"And do you think you might love Jaden?"
Love Jaden? I haven't thought to ask myself that. But I immediately knew the answer and I found myself smiling. "Yea, I think I do. Like, I know I've been in love with him for years but that doesn't necessarily count. But yea, it hasn't acurred to me that I might actually love him."
"Okay so, we have a case of a girl lusting after her brother and loving her long time crush. Your life is oh so simple." She states sarcastically.
"Tell me about it."
