Chapter 39-The 4th Of Fight&Lies?

I'm laying down messing with the fireworks I just bought for the fourth of July, which is today. My phone starts to ring, "hello?" "Hey! Guess what?" I ask laughing, "I'm finally moved into my new house" I almost scream but keep it in. "Seriously?? We have to hang out!" I say excitedly. "Okay calm down, first I have to get my room set up, I'll call when I'm done okay?" "Okay haha" we hang up and I go downstairs, "Faith! Guess what?!" I yell. "What?" "Lilly finally moved in" she smiles, "awe Haley now you can actually get free pussy" I smack her. "Shut up" she laughs licking the ice cream off of her spoon, Chelsea's been hanging out with her girlfriend a lot so we don't really talk or hang anymore, its weird, but its whatever. "So let's go get ready, we have 2 hours till the 4th of July party at Natalie's" I nod.

1 hour and 50 minutes later

My phone starts to ring while we're heading to the party. "Hello?" "Hey! What are you doing??" "Nothing on my way to a party" "can I come?" "Hell yeah what's your address?" I ask, she gives me her address.

15 minutes later

Its around 9:06 when we reach the party, I jump out and everyone's already drinking and being stupid, I grab Lilly's hand and we go inside walking with Faith, I let go of her hand to grab us two beers, "here" she takes it and can't open it, I grab it and open it, "show off" she says smiling, I laugh sitting down on the couch. "HALEY!!" Natalie comes up to me, she's tipsy, "listennnnnn" she slurs I laugh, "Natalie youre-" "who's thisss?" She asks pointing at Lilly smiling, "I'm Lilly" she says extending her hand, Natalie shakes it, "woah you have soft handsss" Lilly laughs, Natalie walks off. I look over to the corner and see Chelsea making out with her girlfriend, I get a little jealous, but I push it aside. Lilly gets up pulling me with her, she starts dancing and I dance with her.

2 hours later

Me and Lilly are sitting on the porch talking when Chelsea comes out with her girlfriend, "I don't fucking care I saw it with my own eyes don't try to lie!" She yells, "babe I swear it was just a dance!" "Oh so do you always grab peoples asses when you dance with them?!" I stand up looking at them funny, "you okay Chels?" I ask, "stay out of this!" Her gf yells at me, "don't tell her to stay out of it and don't fucking talk to her like that!" Chelsea yells back at her, Lilly pulls me away down into the backyard over to the picnic table, I sit down. "Sorry I just don't like it when people yell" I nod, "its fine" her phone starts to ring and she answers it, "hello?...no I already told you..no!..just leave me alone damn" she says hanging her phone up, I sit quietly, I look over at Chelsea and see she's crying sitting on the ground, I go over to her, "Chels?? Why at you on the ground?" "S-sh-she pushed me" I go inside looking for her, I see her and go over to her, "bitch do you think its okay to fucking beat on your girlfriend?! Chelsea is way sm-" she punches me, I feel blood and I black out, I hit her as many times as I can, I slam her into the coffee table getting on top of her, I feel someone pulling me off and get away going back to hitting her, I feel more than one set of hands on me and I can't fight it so I let them pull me away, when I turn around I see some guys and Natalie and Lilly looking at me almost terrified, "woah dude you fucking beat her ass!" The guys says high fiving me, I laugh a little starting to calm down, Chelsea standing behind them looking down, I go behind them, "you okay??" I ask. I see she's still crying and hug her, "c-can we p-please leave you can drop me off, but I just can't be here" I nod going over to Lilly, "you wanna come with me or stay here?" She follows me out the door, Chelsea gets in the backseat and Lilly in the front.

30 minutes later

"Chels you want to go get ice cream or something?" I ask trying to cheer her up, she just keeps looking out the window, I sigh, I pull into dairy queen and get out, "come on" I say. They get out and follow me in, I go to the counter, "what would you like?" I order a strawberry milkshake, "what do you guys want? I'm paying" I say they tell me what they want and we go to a table with our milk shakes sitting down. "Chels you're going to have to speak sooner or later" she finally looks at me and her mouth drops, "Haley your eye! Oh god your lips bleeding" I laugh, "yea I kind of just got in a fight with your girlfriend" "I wouldn't call that a fight you beat her ass" I laugh when Lilly says that, "she's my ex" Chelsea corrects me, I nod. She comes over and looks at my eye and lip, "I'm sorry" "don't be sorry that stupid bitch deserved it and I enjoyed doing it." I say.

1 hour later

Its around 2am when we pull into the park, I get out going to the swings with Lilly, "What grade are you in again?" I ask, "going to be a senior this year" I nod, "I'll be a junior" I say.

2 hours later

When I drop Lilly off she kisses my cheek and gets out, I touch my cheek and smile. I head home ready to go to sleep after the night I've had.
