Chapter 46-Time Flys

2 Years Later
"Haleeeyyy" I look over at Katie and laugh at her position, she's laying backwards over the arm of the couch, "what bitch" "I'm bored" we had just finished setting up the rest of our new apartment. We had just moved back from New York after we graduated from college. I haven't see the family since what happened with me and Chelsea that summer break. "Can we go see Kaid please?" Katie and Kaid have talked for the last month which is what tempted us to move back, I nod and we get up me being nervous to see the family.

30 minutes later
When we got to the house Kaid opened the door and Katie jumped on her, I laugh a little and walk in. "How's it going Haley?" After small talk with Kaid my mom and Chelsea walk in laughing, Kaid jumps up and Katie falls on the floor, what the hell. "Hey guys, oh my god Haley!" My mom yells hugging me, I smile. "You look so..different" she says smiling at me. I laugh. Chelsea and Kaid go to her room. "Hey Katie" she says smiling at Katie. Chelsea looked so different..grown, she was wearing a skirt with and black tank top and white sun glasses, her blonde hair in a high pony tail. I mentally slapped myself, no Haley no. My mom goes to the kitchen, "Why did Kaid shove me off her lap like that and then just walk away with Chelsea?" She asks looking hurt, I sigh and go to knock on Chelseas door, I stop when I hear moaning. What the hell.. "Kaid mmm yeessss!" I instantly feel sick, no they aren't..I open the door and Chelseas laughing while Kaids talking to some girl, "hey guys come in" Kaid says, I sigh in relief, but who was this girl Chelsea was sitting on her lap. "That's all I heard when she was over here that night" Chelsea says as Kaid blushes, Katie goes and sits on her lap. I feel a twinge of jealousy but dismiss it. The girl whispered something in Chelseas ear and she blushed, "uh guys can you um like leave for a little?" The girl asks, Chelsea covers her face..hmm. I stand up and walk out, Kaid snarls and comes out with us. "I hate how she controls Chelsea like that" Kaid says, "are they?" "Yeah they're together, but she hurts Chelsea" my anger boils, "what do you mean!" I growl, "I'll tell you l-" "no now!" I say, she sighs and asks Katie to go outside for a minute, she nods walking out. "Tell me now Kaid" "you can't say anything I promised Chelsea it'd stay between me and her" I nod, "Veronica...well Chelsea told me sometimes when she rejects her sexually Veronica will hit her..sometimes Chelsea passes out from it, when they first had sex..she forced her too..I guess she's always hitting her if she refuses or if she talks to anyone else.." I stand up to go beat her ass, but Kaid grabs me. "No you'll only hurt her by doing this!" "But she's being abused!!" I wipe the tears that fall, "I know but you can't do anything" I nod sighing.

7Pm
My mom wouldn't let us leave cause we lived pretty far and it was getting late, I sit up on the couch when Veronica goes out the front door, I bite my lip wanting to go see her, but decide against it.

2:07Am
I wake up and sit up yawning, Chelseas doors open and I hear quiet sobbing. I go slowly over and see Kaid holding her, "I just don't understand why she keeps..she keeps raping me..she was so sweet at first" my blood boils, "its okay Chels" Chelsea sighs, "how's you and Katie?" "Perfect I'm really glad Haley brought her home that day" I smile a little, "h-how is..Haley?" Chelsea asks, "she's asleep on the couch why don't you go ask her" Chelsea bites her lip, "she probably hates me now after what happened that one year.." I don't hate her, she had too. "Fuck it I can still talk to her I'm over her" she says standing up, I hurry back to the couch and pretend to be asleep. "Haley?" She asks shaking me, I sit up, "hey" I say, she smiles, "hi" "what's up?" "Are you..mad at me for everything that-" "of course not you're family and I understand that now" I say faking a smile, she looks hurt but quickly hides it. "Okay well night Then" she says walking back to her room.

5 months later
I walk into my mom's sitting on the couch, Chelsea walks out half naked with some girl. Her and her gf broke up awhile back and she got a restraining order, I looked at them with jealousy, "mmm I love your body" the girl says grabbing her ass, I clear my throat and Chelsea jumps trying to cover herself, "dammit you scared me Haley" "Haley?" The girl asks her glaring at me, Chelsea blushes as the girl goes to the room and slams the door, she goes in after her. Whatever. I ease drop anyways. "That's her? Seriously why's she here?" "Because we're family we're not like that anymore we're actually family" "I saw the way she looked at you " "I'm with you baby I promise" my heart aches and I walk away not being able to listen anymore. My phone rings and I looked at it surprised, "hello?" "Hey Haley..it's Natalie" "how have you been??" I asked, I haven't talked to her in almost 3 years, after talking for awhile we decide to meet up.
