Chapter 40-Junior Year

Summer went way to fast for me, I mean what the fuck? Tomorrow we start school back up. I sit down getting on my phone, "Haley Lilly's here!" My mom yells up the stairs, I hear the stairs creaking and Lilly walks in, "hey bitch" I laugh. "Hey" I say smiling at her, "Haley I'm nervous for tomorrow" "why?" "Because, what if no one likes me" I start laughing, "what the hell do you mean? You're fucking hot and you're really nice, that's hard to find in one girl" I say, she blushes, "I guess, I hope you're right".

Next Day

Lilly catches a ride with me because she doesn't know where the schools at, when we get there I take her to her locker and then go to mine.

Lunch

When I sit down at my table Lilly comes over, "hey" she says sighing, "hey what's wrong?" "This girl, she's really cute and I want to talk to her, but I don't know how" "who?" She looks around and then points at something, I look over and see that stupid Kaiden bitch that kidnapped Chelsea. "No! Lilly she's fucking crazy you can ask Chelsea!" "What? Why?" "She kidnapped Chelsea!" Lilly looks at me sighing, "great" she says, "excuse me?" Lilly turns around, "yes?" "Can I uh have your number maybe?" I look up and see its Kaiden, "uh yeah sure" she hands her her number and she walks away, "really? After what I just told you" "I'm sorry she's cute!" I sigh and go over to Faiths table sitting down, "what's wrong?" She asks, I notice a girl looking at me from across the table, she sees I'm looking back and blushes looking away, "Haley?" "Huhh? Oh yeah, Lilly just gave Kaiden her number" "what? Did you tell-" "yes she still did it" faith sighs, "gosh" honestly I had a little crush on Lilly, so it did kind of hurt that she gave Kaiden her number. Lilly comes over, "are you mad?" "No just don't want you hurt" I say standing up walking away with her.

After School

When I'm walking out Chelsea comes up to me, "hey" she says, "hey" "so are you and Lilly a thing now?" I laugh. "Chelsea you know I haven't dated anyone since you" she nods biting her lip looking brighter, "besides she likes Kaiden" I say, Chelsea's jaw drops, "what if Kaiden hurts her too??" "Then I'll kill her" I say simply opening my car door. Lilly texted me earlier and said she was getting a ride from Kaiden. Chelsea hops in.

My House

When we to my house we go to the garden in the backyard closing the tarp and lighting a blunt, "how do you always have weed?" "Don't ask stupid questions" I say laughing, she gives me a hurt look, "I'm kidding" she giggles, "I know" I hand her the blunt, "I have a crush on Lilly" I say, Chelsea gives me a weird look, "what?" She asks, "yeah, but its obvious she doesn't feel the same.." I say sitting down on the wooden bench in the garden. "Oh.." She says handing me the blunt. I hit it a few times and hand it back coughing a little.

5:07pm

Me and Chelsea's watching a moving in my living room when the front door opens and Lilly comes in, "hey" she says, I see her eyes a little bruised and I stand up, "what the fuck happened?!" I ask, she shakes her head, "nothing why?" "Lilly I swear to god if you don't tell me I'll go fucking kill her right now!" "Calm down! I asked her about Chelsea and she punched me, that's all then she left" I grab my keys, "nooo Haley sit your ass down now!" She says pushing me on the couch, "get off!" I yell trying to stand up, she sits on top of me grabbing my hands, my heart beat slows and my mouth goes dry, her Hazel eyes are staring in to mine, I stop fighting and we just stare into each others eyes, I hear the door slam and jump, I don't see Chelsea, "I go to the window and see her turn the corner, she must be going home. "Haley?" "Yeah?" "You're crazy" I laugh, "I know this." I say walking back into the living room sitting on the couch. She comes in sitting beside me.

Next Day

After school I go straight to my house with Lilly and light a blunt. "Haley can I ask you something?" "Yeah?" "What's your type?" "I don't know I guess I don't really have one to be honest" she nods. I walk over to my laptop picking it up and bringing it back over, "what are you doing?"  "Nothing just getting on YouTube" I say.
