Introductions

~Your POV~

"Yes they are and we're gonna become the best soldiers you've ever had!" I said trying to sound confident. Then Elizabeth nudged my side gently with her elbow, "Sir." I added so I wouldn't sound rude.

"Then how about we introduce you three to the rest of the soldiers." Commander Erwin said.

~Time skip~

We were now standing in front of the entire Survey Corps. The Corporals were standing in the front row with their team lined up behind them in a organized fashion.

"The three new recruits you see standing up here are our new comrades who will be fighting along with us, starting today." Erwin said grabbing the soldiers attention. "Alright, go ahead and introduce yourselves to everyone."

I was about to introduce myself when Abigail's booming voice interrupted me. "Abigail Berg, at your service!"

"Abby I wanted to go first!" I whined grabbing her arm.

"Well, you can go second." She said patting my back.

I sighed and turned back to the soldiers ready to introduce myself again. But the moment I looked at them all my confidence left and I wanted to leave."uh, um, I-I..." I looked over at Abigail for help and she just motioned for me to take a deep breath. So I took a deep breath and finally introduced myself, "I-I'm (Y/N) Ackerman?" Except it sounded like a question. I looked over at my dad to see him face palming. I was extremely embarrassed.

"I'm Elizabeth Chevrolet. It's very nice to meet you all." Elizabeth continued hoping to take everyone's focus off of me. 'Great, now I look like a fool. Even Elizabeth was more confident then me.' I thought.

"They will be assigned to Levi's squad. Show them around, their training will start tomorrow. Everyone else is dismissed." The soldiers started to leave and return to their own training.

My friends and I walked over to my father and saw some of the girls from his squad were talking to him about something. "So are you going to show us around now?" I interrupted.

"The girls-" He started but was cut off by Sasha.

"Actually, the other girls and I are going to show you around." She said up in my face with a big smile.

"Your just helping them set up. Tell them what beds they'll be sleeping in and where to put their crap. I'll be the one to show them around."

"Right, right. Let's go!" She grabbed mine and Elizabeth's hand and ran towards the girls dorms, Elizabeth and I grabbed both of Abigail's hands and pulled her along too.

Some other girls followed us but the only one I recognized was Mikasa. Hanji wasn't following so I guess she had something else she needed to do. We arrived at the girls dorm and went inside. "Welcome to your new room." Sasha said. I took a couple steps inside and looked around. It was kind of a mess, and by mess I ment there was dust and dirt everywhere. Although it was probably cleaner than the boys dorm and it was definitely cleaner than my room, well, old room. Man, I'm already missing home.

"Alright, you guys can put your stuff here and this will be your bunk." Sasha pointed to a bunk.

"I call top!" Abigail and I yelled. We glared at each other then raced to the bed and jumped to get on top. I grabbed the mattress and tried to pull myself up but Abigail grabbed my leg and ripped me away. She tried to get on top but I jumped on her back and brought her to the floor. We continued our cat fight by pulling each other's hair and strangling each other. Abigail got behind me and slapped my butt, yeah she's one of those friends, then skipped over to the bed and got on top throwing her arms in the air yelling, "VICTORY!" I was too embarrassed to stop her so I stood there covering my butt with red spread across my cheeks.

"You know these are like double bunk beds, two on top and two on bottom." Said a tall freckle faced girl with brown hair pulled back into a ponytail.

"So all that fighting was for nothing?" I asked tired since I just wasted good energy that I'm definitely going to need later.

"I guess you and I will be sharing top bunk." Abigail smiled. I could tell she was still full of energy. Come to think of it, I've never seen her lack energy, she's always so energetic.

"Does that mean I'll have the whole bottom bunk to myself?" Elizabeth asked.

"No, you'll be sharing with me." Mikasa said and Elizabeth was relieved to hear that.

"Alright, let me introduce you to some of these other fine ladies. This tall freckle faced girl is Ymir." Sasha pointed to one of the girls, then she pointed to the girl next to her, "This our golden goddess Krista." Sasha named off other girls but I wasn't listening because Elizabeth gently tugged on the jacket of my new uniform. She looked worried which made me and Abigail worried. "Are we sure we want to do this?"

I turned to face her and put my hands on her shoulders, "It's to late to go home. But don't worry, Abigail and I won't let anything hurt you." I reassured her. "Yeah, we'll always have each others backs." Abigail said patting Elizabeth on the head.

After that the girls handed us off to my father and got back to training while he showed us around. He introduced us to the other Squad Leaders, which they all gave me dirty looks for some reason. He took us to the stables to see all the horses. He pet his horse and it licked his hand. My friends also pet his horse but when I pet it, it tried to bite my hand. He toured us around a little more and everywhere we went people were giving me dirty looks. Come to think of it, when people were watching us earlier it kind of looked like they were glaring at us, or specifically me. We ended the tour at the cafeteria for dinner.

My friends rushed over to grab a tray and find somewhere for the three of us to sit. I however walked in slowly lost in thought. 'Why is everyone looking at me like that? Do they look at all the newbies this way?' I grabbed myself a tray and walked in the direction my friends went to sit, but I still wasn't paying any attention. 'What are they thinking? What do I do?' I was brought out of my thoughts when I accidentally bumped into someone almost smashing my tray into their chest. I looked up to meet the cold glare of a tall angery man. "Watch where you're going, you filthy thug!"
