Chapter 4: Officially his tutor

        It was... Caleb Rydner standing there holding my waist and my jaw dropped.

I started blushing, then I got angry. "What the hell are you doing Caleb. Get off of me!!" I yelled.

       "Oh hey babes, we need to finish our conversation that we had earlier. You see, no one yells at me without getting a way with it. You made me very mad babes." He said smirking.

      "You see this face, this is a face that doesn't give a damn. You can go screw yourself. I don't care if you're mad. Bye Caleb." After I said that, I took off. Caleb Rydner, you have officially ruined my day.

One month later...
    It's been about a month since the party and the whole blow up. Today I had school. I did my normal routine, shower blah blah blah. I got dressed, I wore black skinny jeans, a white v-neck shirt, black combat boots and a black leather jacket. I wanted to have a 'badass' vibe.

     I got downstairs to find Alex, once again preparing breakfast. What's gotten into him? He's been being really nice to me. Usually he's a complete dick to me. We got finished eating and we headed out to pick up Zoe, she was wearing a red dress that went down to her knees and sandals. Her hair was in a French braid.

     After we picked her up, we headed to school. Ugh, I don't wanna go to school. I'm dreading running into Caleb.

      We met up with 'the gang' at our normal spot, the steps by the big tree. Everybody was gossiping how Caleb 'dumped' Jessica Alter after he got what he wanted, which by the way, was sex. I wasn't really surprised, I'm used to it.... When Caleb and I were kids, we used to be best friends but I guess everything changed in 7th grade. We drifted apart and now we hate each other. Sometimes I wonder where would we be if we never drifted apart, would he still be my best friend, would we be dating ..? EW yuck! I never want to think about that!!

By now, we got our schedules and I got every class with Zoe! I got a few with the rest of the gang and I got all my classes with..... Caleb -.- I'm the head of all my classes, Straight A's. I worked my butt off for them!!

I'm in 3rd period, which is chemistry and we have a test, yay. Hint my sarcasm. The test is about physical and chemical changes, not to bad. I was about the 5th person done and I had time to spare so I just read. After everyone was finished we had about a minute until the bell rang.

"Nova Smith and Caleb Rydner, will you two please stay after class. You guys aren't in trouble." Mr. Davis announced. Great , what's this about?

The bell rang and everyone evacuated except Mr. Davis, Caleb and I.
"Nova and Caleb, the reason why I asked if you two could please stay after class if because Caleb, you're failing and I think you need tutoring. And Nova, you may be wondering why you're here but I want you to tutor Caleb. You're my head student with perfect grades and I think he can benefit learning from you, if you do this you'll have a better change in going to NYC university." Mr. Davis said.

"Fine. Only because It gives me a better chance." I turned to Caleb and said, "You better not be difficult or I'll make your life a living hell." Caleb stayed silent the entire time and he looked angry.

"Okay baby girl, meet me at the library at four o'clock and... wear something sexy." He told me with a smirk and wink.

He's so ignorant and immature. 1. I'm not his 'baby girl' and 2)why would I wanna be sexy for HIM. Out of all people. Yuck, he discusses me.
