Chapter 11;

Eric p.o.v

"I'm so sorry." I knew apologising probably wouldn't help, but I wasn't prepared to loose her, not now that I had just got her.

She was stood in the middle of the hallway, looking lost and confused. "Tallie?" I needed her to talk, even if it was just to shout at me.

"I-I ..." I braced myself for the 'get lost' conversation that I had endured many times before now. I don't think I could take it again, not from Tallie, anyway.

"I will be in magazines ... In my pajamas!" She laughed. I was confused. I knew she was probably in shock, but I thought she would care more about the press being here and intruding, not the photos. I couldn't help the laugh that escaped my lips.

"Something funny?" She asked through disbelief.

"I'm sorry." I walked to her and pulled her into my arms. One arm wrapped around her back and the other free hand went to her head, stroking her hair as I kissed her forehead.

"I was just waiting for the 'get away from me' conversation. I understand if you do want to go ... not that I'd let you easily."

She pulled away from me and stared at me for a few seconds before speaking.

"You think because a few people know about us, I want to dump you? I can't believe I even have to tell you this, but I'm not going anywhere - I knew the hazards when we started being friends, let alone when we started dating." She finished.

I stood, looking down at her through disbelief. I - I literally had no words to describe this woman. "I love you." I couldn't stop the words escaping my lips for a 2nd time and I saw her face transform.

"I love you too." She blushed as she looked down at the floor. I gently pulled her chin up with my hand, and looked deep into her eyes.

I could appreciate the words as she said them now, and I won't lie - it made me slightly breathless and riddiculously happy.

"Come to the studio with me later." I wasn't sure if I was asking her or telling her, but I hoped she would say yes either way.

"Really?" I nodded, smiling. "Ok, yeah. It sounds fun." She smiled widely before continuing. "Come on, let's have lunch."

She smiled as she kissed me gently, pulling me by the hand to the kitchen.
