Chapter 18;

Eric p.o.v.

I groaned. 7.27am - no one should be up at that time on a Saturday. I had the day off, with no meetings or anything planned but Tallie had to be at work for 9am.

I hated the days off that I had alone becasuse they were so boring - I would just sit there waiting for Tallie to come back.

I looked over at the beautiful creature who currently draped over my torso, snoring gently. Her alarm was about to go off, so I gently reached over and switched it off.

I settled again before I kissed her nose, cheeks, lips - anything I could reach. Her nose twitched slighlty but otherwise, she didn't stir.

"Tallie. Wake up, beautiful." I said quietly. Again, no response so I decided to try again.

I kissed her slighly harder this time, gripping her hip and pulling her closer to me.

"Mmm. 5 more minutes." She moaned. I smiled at her, realising that she was the cutest thing I had ever seen.

She moved so that her face was buried in her pillow and she wasn't touching me. The duvet slipped so that her bare back was revealed and I traced my fingers along her backbone, stopping at the base of her spine and making patterns there.

"Mmm Eric. I love you." She murmered sleepily. I couldn't help but smile at her words as I leaned over and kissed her shoulder.

I felt her stretch slightly and she moved her head to face me. "Good morning." She gave me her morning smile, yawned and rolled over onto her side. "That's a nice wake up call."

"That was my plan." I smirked. "So you wouldn't want to go to work."

"Urgh, work. I don't want to, but I have to if I want money. Oh no - I have to deal with Dean today." She said with dread in her voice.

"I don't want you to go to work either - we could be more productive here."

I was just about to lean over and kiss her, but she sat up, wrapping the duvet around herself and sitting moving to the edge of the bed, leaving me sat alone.

"Stop! It's not going to work today I'm afraid - I can't be late again because of you."

She smirked this time, obviously remembering the last time she had been late - nearly an hour and a half - because we couldn't control ourselves.

"But you can walk me to work." She replied sweetly.

      ....................................

I had walked her to work, and after a long goodbye kiss, I had grudgingly let her go. I had walked back to the flat and had phoned Json to see if he wanted to come over.

"Sure, give me half hour." I had previously told him what had happened with me and Tallie, and he had listened, giving me some good advice.

We sat around for the whole day, playing fifa and eating pizza. I had beaten him 90% of the time, so he'd given up, telling me "You win - this time!" We had laughed and he had shoved me onto my side on the sofa.

"Someone's a bad loser!" I joked, sitting up.

"Nah, you're just a cheat!" He laughed. He recovered and asked me

"So, what's the deal with you and Natalie then? We both know you love her - don't deny it, E!"

I smiled - was I really that easy to read? "I really do. I'm just annoyed it took me this long to realise it." I actually blushed!

"Does this mean that our bromance is over?" he sighed, faking his heart hurting.

"I'm afraid so, Bro." We both laughed, knowing full well that I would still go out with him and the guys.

He had left around 4, just before I left to pick up Tallie. Normally I didn't know when I was going to see Json again as he was constantly travelling but I had an album launch party tonight that we would both be at.

Tallie had agreed to go with me this time. Normally I would either go on my own or take a family member or close friend as Tallie had never wanted to come.

I left the house with a huge smile on my face. My two best friends were going to be there tonight and for once, I couldn't wait.
