Chapter 21;

Tallie p.o.v

"There will be quite a few press outside, but they should be keeping thier distance tonight." Eric told me as we were just about to pull up in the car. He was squeezing my hand and smiling at me.

"Ok. Well at least I look decent this time." I laughed. He replied with a

"But you always look stunning. You ready?"

We had pulled up now, and I nodded as he went to the door handle. He pulled it open, getting out first and waving before turning and helping me out.

The flashes were blinding as we started walking towards the entrance.

One reporter caught up with us as we were near the end of the path. Instead of shooing her away, Eric awnsered her questions.

"Eric, who is this?" He smiled as he looked towards me, then back to her, looking her straight in the eye.

"This is my beautiful girlfriend, Natalie." he beamed as he wrapped his arm around my waist, pulling me close to his side.

She started to ask us loads of questions and to my surprise, Eric awnsered all of them.

We spoke with her for about 5 minutes before Eric excused us and with his arm still on my waist, led us into the party.

It was amazing. It seemed to be a converted club. It was absolutely huge, light and very elegant.

One side of the walls was just glass doors, and the other walls were decorated with modern art pictures.

There were huge hanging lights and I had noticed that scattered all around the room were canvases of Eric's album cover.

He had a photoshoot tomorrow to further promote the album, and he asked me to come along since I had tomorrow off.

There were already more people here than anywhere I had ever been, most of whom I didn't recognise.

As soon as we had walked in, Eric was greeted by a group of people, all congratulating him, a few even slapping him on the back.

I looked around the room and found myself drifting away from the group as he continued the conversation, staring at one of the pictures of him.

In this picture, I could tell that they had edited it but they had left in his cheek mole. It had always annoyed me when they had edited it out, although I don't know why.

"Miss, would you like some champagne?" a male voice asked me. I turned around, having been woken from my staring by a waiter.

"Thank you." I replied as I took a glass from the tray. He walked off and I looked over at Eric again, a smile on my face.

He was laughing and talking to the group, but stopped and pointed at me with a huge smile on his face. "Tallie!" he called over.

I smiled in response and went to him, taking his outstretched hand. He gave me a peck on the cheek as I heard a male voice.

"So, this is the unlucky lady, eh?" he laughed. "Tomas Lingman - Eric's manager. Good to finally meet you." He extended his hand and I shook.

"And you. Eric's told me ... very little about you, actually." I said in an apologetic tone.

"It's fine, I'm like an embarrassing uncle!" he laughed. "Have I told you about the time that he-"

"Tallie! Shall we dance?" Eric cut Tomas off with a laugh and a pleading look to me. I nodded and we said goodbye to the group before he lead me to the dance floor.

"What about my-" he took my glass from me and set it on the bar before walking back to me, a grin firmly in place. "What if someone spikes it?" I worried.

"Then we'll get you another." he laughed as he held out his hand. I took it and he wrapped his other arm around my waist, pulling me close.

"You know I can't dance." I laughed.

"Well, I don't plan on doing much dancing." he whispered as he moved his mouth to my ear, making me smile. I knew people would be watching, but we were only dancing - at the moment.

He suddenly held me at arms length and held one hand up slightly, grinning like mad.

I was briefly confused before I realised and spun, landing firmly but gently in his arms. He chuckled and pressed his cheek against mine.

"This is amazing. All this for my famous boyfriend." I sighed as I kissed his cheek.

He moved our interlocked hands up to his chest and sighed happily. As I was slightly smaller than him, I was able to comfortably rest my head on his shoulder.

"You should get used to it - I plan on bringing you to every event from now on and showing you off." He smiled. "I'm so glad that you came, I want to share this with you."

"Me too." I smiled. "This is my favourite song, by the way."

#Rivers, mountains.

Don't care what comes up ahead.

Hair did, lipstick.

Memories the last time we had a night.

There was something in your eyes,Yeah.

Even speaking, telling me to follow.#

He started singing along quietly before replying. "That's good as it's about you." he said as he leant down and kissed me passionately.
