Chocolates over you (12A)

To be honest, I don't really like anyone over chocolate.

It's like the relationship with girls and fries. Except mine is deeper, maybe even an obsession. But let's be honest here, chocolate is life. Chocolate is what consuls the souls and what makes it feel ten times better. That is the miracle that is chocolate. Or so I tell myself of course.

But this is not the point. At least not right now, anyway.

So basically after a while of being in a 'relationship' with Jeonghan, the genius asked me the question. "Do you like sweets?" Of course, being my honest self I had nodded eagerly. "Why?" I had asked. "Just askin'. But to be honest, I don't really like sweets. I especially dislike chocolate."

I will not deny the fact that I considered ending our relationship right then and there, Jeonghan. Because if you like me even in the slightest, you like chocolate even if it is a little bit. You, Jeonghan, did not know this it seems. You even laughed about it. How you didn't like chocolate, that is.

"Are you just messing with me or...?" I had trailed off, waiting for your interruption. I was waiting for you to tell me you were lying and that you loved chocolate. I don't know why, but for some reason I couldn't believe that the 'love of my life' wasn't obsessed with chocolate like me.

It was then that I realized that I actually questioned us, even in the slightest. It wasn't just about the chocolate anymore. It was how we had been together for a long while by then and I didn't know you didn't like sweets. I didn't know you. You didn't know me either, Jeonghan. At least with that comment, it didn't seem like it.

But I ignored those feelings for a while. I remember I ended our conversation on sweets with me saying, "chocolates over you any day." You had faked offense and surprised me with kisses. But deep down, I wasn't feeling it that day. Not even a bit.
