Hacker!Reader X Jinx

Just a warning, it's going to be a looooooong story.

"Hey Jinx, need a hand here?" you walked into the storeroom of the Hive 5's Secret Lair, the mentioned girl lifting up her head as she noticed you. Being the stubborn girl she is, she refused your help.

"Nah, I'm good. So you can just mind your own business," Jinx said, adjusting the position of the few heavy boxes of material that she was carrying. You scratched your head awkwardly.

"Well, okay then. Just be careful."

"I will, dumbass. I'm not as weak as you think." You sighed at her reply as she left.

Jinx was your childhood friend. You've gone through all the good and bad times. You two were best of friends. That is, until one of her friends introduced HIVE Academy and requested her to join. She was the leader of Hive 5, a group that was formed involving herself, Mammoth, Gizmo, See-More, Billy Numerous, Kyd Wykkyd and you. Her priority changed since then. She has five other people to take care of, so you understood that she could not spend as much time with you as last time. You were a loyal friend, staying by her side from the begining till now. However, as time goes by, you find yourself falling for her. You didn't know what caused it, or how those feelings started. One day, when she walked pass you, you started occasionally throwing secret glances at her. You noticed how her pink cat-like eyes glowed in the light, how her body had developed beautifully, and how her pink long hair looked smooth and you had the urge to run your fingers through them. That was when you realised, you had fallen in love with her.

It was hard to conceal those feelings, especially knowing that she'll never return your feelings. So, you act like you always do, helping her when she needs it, fufilling her wishes and staying by her side. Although it's a one-sided love, you didn't mind, as long as she was happy.

Currently, you were the only one in the secret lair of Hive 5. As you walked back to the living room of the lair, you plopped down on your spinning chair and grabbed a (favourite drink) off the coffee table in the middle. You slide your chair backwards and turn around as you reached your area in the living room. After a gulp of (f/d), you laid back in your chair and surfed the net, searching for something cool to kill time. The others have gone out, maybe off to stealing, robbing or fighting.

A few clanking was heard as the automatic doors opened. You spun around in your chair after taking another sip of (f/d). "Hey guys, how's it going?" you greeted. Mammoth pulled in a cage and set it in front of the super computer. A brown-haired male with a red and yellow suit was trapped in it. You stood up. "So, who's the new guy?"

"Just another good guy that interferred with our business," Jinx replied as everybody gathered around the cage.

"Look's like you got me," the guy, Kid Flash, commented with a laugh.

"That's right." "And when we're through with you-" "-We're gonna- We're gonna..." "What're we gonna do with 'im?" The three duplicate Billy's said, completing each other's sentences. Jinx grew an anger mark and sighed.

"I thought we discussed this already!"

"I'd say we brainwash him and make him steal stuff for us," See-More suggested, turning the screw on the right side of his head so that his usual eye turned into a swirling circle of blue and orange and getting closer to Kid Flash. Mammoth suddenly used his large hand to push See-More away, well, sent him flying I should say.
