This is goodbye

•MATT'S POV•

A dad..I WILL BE A DAD. And Christina..she's going to bless my life forever with that beautiful child. Who would have thought? How did I get her? She's so beautiful and perfect..and I'm just..an ordinary guy. When she was the girl in front of the camera..I was the guy behind it and I couldn't avoid falling in love with her. Just look at her. I wanna spend the rest of my life with her..I need to let her know that. I've already found the perfect..ring. Now I need to find the perfect moment to ask her.

•CHRISTINA'S POV•

I said goodbye to Adam. And this time it's for real. I'll erase from my memory everything we went through and every moment we had..I'm not sure if I'll be able to. But I have to. It's the right thing to do.

I got inside the van that picked me up from the set and layed in the backseat.
I grabbed my belly and rubbed it gently. My pregnant belly wasn't showing yet but I could feel the baby growing each minute that went by.
I  smiled.

The driver stopped at my house and when I opened the door..

I..was shocked.

"What are you doing here?"

I said.

He was sitting in the stairs of the front door with his hands on his face.

"See..I'm trying to understand life..cause everything I want is standing right in front of me..and I can't have it"

He looked up.
I could tell he had been crying.

"Ad..I thought we were going to get pass this"

I whispered

"Are you ready to? Cause I'm not"

He said.

"I thought I was. Why did you have to come here?, you make it even harder"

I covered my face with my palm and grabbed my belly with the other hand.

"I'm sorry. I'm the biggest dumbass on earth. What am I even doing here?! I have nothing to do here anymore. You have a family..and I'm just in the way.."

He stood up and started walking away

"ADAM!"

A shout came from the front door and my heart stopped for a second until..

"ADAM ADAM ADAM"

Max came running to him and hugged him. This broke my heart into even more pieces if that could be possible.
I had forgotten how much they got along. Max loves him. Everyone does. How can you not..

"Hey little buddy! I missed you!"

Adam lifted him up and hugged him.
I don't know how he did that, Max is pretty big now.

Then he glanced at me and gave me a weak smile. That look..I knew he was about to cry. But he held it in.

"Baby, is Matt home?"

I asked worried. If he had heard us talking..then Matt too. The expression on Adam's face when I said Matt's name was..there's no words to describe it. It made me feel like the worst person ever.
