But i'm back and this time with fresh new inspiration ready to give you guys the best story ever!

I groaned and slammed my alarm clock off, groggily opening my eyes wider and stared at the ceiling.

I closed my eyes again and thought about the dream I had. It was the weirdest thing ever. In fact, in my dream I wore a puffy white wedding dress while running through a forest with a bunch of forest animals.

I grinned widely. I had a weird dream.

“YESSS!” I sat up in bed and grinned widely to myself.

“Honey, are you okay?” My mother asked me, standing by the door with a worried expression on her face.

“Mom! I didn’t have the nightmare.” I felt like a delusional five year old, but I didn’t care. This was the first time in years that I slept normally instead of waking up screaming.

"That's great, honey. I'm glad you're feeling happy. But you better get ready fast so you won't be late for your exams." And with saying that she totally killed my wonderful mood.

4 hours and two exams later:

I grumbled under my breath as I left the exam room, ready to pull my hair out. But I knew that without Nathan's help, I would've felt even worse after taking the exam. Just three more days to survive. Come on Victoria, you can do it.

"Hey are you going home now, or are you going to meet someone special?" Cara wiggled her eyebrows at me.

I rolled my eyes, "Cara, I think that since we have finals all week long, it'd be pretty logical to go home and study."

"Okay, okay, I'm just saying. Call me if you need any help." And with saying that, Cara jumped into Brian's car and they sped away.

I sighed and walked towards my car. I need to get a life.

As I drove home, my mind wandered to Nathan. I wonder what he's doing. I mean, even though it's only been 2 weeks since I met him, I feel like the..telepathy thing (whatever it's called) brought us closer in a way that's not possible for two strangers that just recently met.

Just two weeks ago I laughed at all those supernatural shows and books...now I'm not so sure those things are so supernatural. With the events that have been occuring to me, I don't know what to believe anymore. For all I know, there may be vampires lurking around in plain sight. Maybe there are werewolves running around in those forests behind my house. Maybe-

'Okay Victoria, you're loosing it.' I mentally yelled at myself.

I parked my car in the driveway and walked into the house.

As I dragged myself up the stairs towards my room, I heard voices in the kitchen...one of them being my mom's.

Wait, mom's home?

I quickly went back to the kitchen and couldn't believe my eyes. Leaning against the kitchen counter wearing a black leather jacket, holding a glass of beer was my Uncle Drake.
