Colton's P.O.V

Beep Beep Beep Beep Be--

I slammed my hand down own that damn alarm clock. I. Hate. Alarm. Clocks. Period.

I never had one back home because I woke up naturally every morning for school, but now that school is a different time I have to have an alarm clock to be able to get to school on time.

I slung my legs off the side of my bed and opened up my closet. If was the first day of school. Which usually I would hate this day with a passion, but I've been bored out of my mind these past few days. I tried playing soccer but the backyard had a pool and there wasn't enough space for me to actually try. I need some friends, that's why today I don't mind going to school. Something to do other than lay around all day.

I picked of a white v-neck shirt that fit perfectly to my muscular body and some dark blue jeans, my shoes were my usual white and black Nike high-tops. I strode down the stairs confidently, Aunt Pat was sitting at the kitchen table on her phone and eating cereal at the same time.

"Hey, where's the cereal box's?" I asked her.

"What? No Good Morning Aunt Pat?" she retorted.

"Ha ha, you're funny, now where's the cereal?" I asked again getting annoyed that she was still trying to make me stop being a delinquent. I will end up actually becoming one if this keeps up.

"I now get why your mother sent you here, you really are a delinquent." she muttered to herself but I could still hear her. I shook my head and opted out of breakfast.

Yesterday, Aunt Pat showed me where my bus stop was going to be, since my mom didn't trust me to drive myself to Chruchwood. Once I was at the stop, there were already 2 kids there one was a nerdy type girl I payed no attention to, and a boy who looked similar to me.

"Hey, I'm Colton, I'm new here." I greeted with an out-stretched hand. He looked down at my hand and raised his eyebrow.

"What are you my grandma, who shakes hand anymore?" He joked but shook it anyway, "I'm Tyler nice to meet you." He answered.

After that we talked about random non-important things, and once we got to school he offered to walk me to my classes since I've never been here before. I went to the office to get my timetable, but they said they don't have it yet so, I could just shadow Tyler for today. We walked into Math and took a seat. After a few seconds a blonde with killer legs came and stood in front of Tyler.

"Hi Tyler, who's this?" she gestured to me.

"Oh um, Miranda this is Colton." he quickly answered.

"Hi I'm Miranda Pietoins, nice to meet you..." she trailed off wanting me to finish the sentence.

"Colton Elliots, it's a pleasure." I said as I kept my eyes on her and kissed her hand. She was hot, what can I say? I was attracted to her.

She blushed and was opened her mouth to say something, but got cut off by the teacher walking in.

"Miss. Pietoins please take a seat." the teacher said.

"Yes, Ms. Lieske." she answered Ms. Lieske. Ms Lieske started to take the attendance, and once she was into the W's the door flew open. Everybody burst into whispers as the girl walked in. She was pure beauty, it was natural, she obviously had no make-up on and was probably the most good-looking girl I have ever seen. And that's rare for me since I have seen a lot of girls. She had long brunette hair and warm chocolate eyes, petite form, and nice everything.

"Miss. Soni, nice of you to join us." I wanted to strangle Ms. Lieske for speaking to her like that even though I don't know her first name. All the girl did was nod and took a seat in the back. She looked beyond tired, that one of the things I noticed, the large bags that resembled bruised rested under her beautiful eyes.

The rest of the day went along smoothly, the girl was in one other of Tyler's classes. But she wasn't late and sat in the very back and stared out the window the whole time. I was walking towards my bus when Tyler came up beside me and said that we could sit together on the bus since it's busier on the afternoon then the morning. We walked onto the bus and most of the bus was filled. But one thing did stick out. Her. She was the bus. But this time she had sunglasses on. I couldn't keep my eyes off of her and I hoped no one noticed but Tyler did.

"Don't even think about it, man." he warned.

"Why not?" I furrowed my eyebrows, confused.

"That's Aspen Soni, dude." Aspen. I liked her name, but I was still confused.

"Still, why not?" I more demanded than asked.

"Ever since she came hear 2 years ago, there's been this rumor that shes homeless, because nobody has seen her get off the bus." right when he said that, the bus pulled over. The bus driver stood up and headed our way. This was the first time I noticed the bus driver, he was young and good looking, did not look like a bus driver.

"I do not tolerate bullying on this bus Mr. Shaw." he directed at Tyler but glanced my way. Then he glanced behind me and smiled slightly. I looked behind me once we were moving again and Aspen sat looking out the window, a small smile graced her stunning face. At least this town has Her.
