Carlisle POV:
"I've never seen anything like this." I said softly standing in front of Bella's room with her door closed standing beside Aro. For a moment we were silent. "Is there nothing you can do then?" Aro asked softly as I heard a soft hiss from inside the room and I knew Edward had read my mind. "I guess that tells me." Aro said with a sad chuckle. "I'm not giving up on her." I said in a strong voice as I straightened my already straight back "I will never give up on her." I added softly. Aro gently laid a hand on my shoulder, "Neither will we." He said simply and walked away. "I'm dying." Came Bella's voice came from inside the room. "I won't let that happen." Edward growled back. There was no point in telling him I wasn't so sure he already knew that. I was just about to walk away when I thought again of watching Bella feed and wondered once again why she rejected the human blood. "That's it!" I suddenly heard Edward yell and within a moment he was standing outside the room with me. "It's the blood, she never had problems with animal only human!" He yelled and ran back into the room.
Bella's POV:
I was laying on the bed in my room with Edward laying beside me as we listened to the Carlisle and Aro talk about me. I had just started to tune out when Edward yelled, jumping up and before I knew it he was outside the room yelling, When he came back I looked into his dark eyes that were sparkling with excitement. "Edward, what?" I stated to ask when he got onto one knee and took the had that had his ring on it and covered it with his other hand "Bella, we must hunt." He said with a smile. "Hunt what?" I asked softly knowing the answer before it left his lips. "Animals, my dear." He said with a smile as I pulled my hand from his. "I can't." I said simply.
