Bella's POV:
It had been a long time since I had seen those eyes looking back at me and they were wide with shock. "Outside. " I mouthed and pressed a finger to my lips and waited for the nod before I walked to my children and snapped my fingers three times causing the pack to surround us completely from prying eyes.
Before I knew it I was outside and so was the Alice. "Do they know?" I aked with a growl as I started to crouch ready to pounce her or anyone else to protect my three children that I couldn't live without. "no." she whispered with a shake of her head. "Bella we should get out of ear shot they aren't listening now but they can at any moment. " Alice said seeming panicked as I stood up. "Very well, Jake my dear please take the children to La Push I think they deserve to have a beach party birthday. " I said and smile at the last part and waited for Jake and the pack to leave before I ran with Alice to the near by forest that was behind the school, it was a long time before I would let us stop and talk.
I had stopped so suddenly Alice had to back track a good mile where she slammed into me hugging me so tight that I knew if I was human I would have been crushed beneath her arms and I stood there for a moment before I hugged her back tight making her gasp and me laugh as I let go of her smiling slightly and we stood like that looking at each other smiling, "sister. " I whispered softly before sitting on a downed tree trunk and patted the spot beside me inviting her to come sit with me.
"So what are they. " Alice asked as the sun began to set causing the clouds to turn bright pink. "They are my children. " I said simply knowing what she meant as soon as she had asked.
