Edward left Bella pregnant

Chapter 53

Bella's POV:

It wasn't long until word of the engagement between Edward and I spreed and it didn't help that Edward was helping spreed it by telling everyone that he saw, and really I didn't mind.

As the day started to turn into night Edward and I laid in bed and soon were joined by the triplets who snuggled in between us and as they settled down Edward laid his hand on Renesseme's shoulder palm up and slowly I slid my hand into his and we laid there for a while in silents until we started to hear the soft snores that told me they were asleep but still I was silent a moment more before I looked at Edward and found that he was looking at me waiting for me to speak. "Why did you leave?" I whispered so low I knew he would hardly be able to hear me and I almost broke into tears as I saw the pure pain on his face. "I knew this would come." he said softly with a sigh, "where to begin?" I paused as he thought. "I suppose right after your birthday party would be a good place." He said as he started to talk in his normal voice instead of the whisper I had started out meaning ether the children were awake or in deep sleep.

Edward's POV, After Bella's Party:

I was driving Bella home with the slight scent of her blood tickling my nose making my throat burn with blood lust and I kept silent, there was nothing to say. My brother would have ate her and she knows it, and there was no way she could ever forgive me. It wasn't long before I was opening her door for her and leaned against the old truck until she asked for a kiss. I swallowed hard and gave her a soft kiss on the lips, as I let the kiss go on for just a moment the monster inside me reared his ugly head and whispered 'you know you want a taste... I know you remember that wonderful taste' making me pull away. As I looked over her head slightly I muttered that I should leave. "Will I see you tonight?" And to that I said nothing and walked away without a word (sorry guys I can't remember what really happened and my mom made me get rid of the books a few years ago so I don't have them for reference like I use to... If I ever get them again I will change it or if you would like to tell me how it should have went please let me know! I would be forever grateful!) as I walked into the woods behind her house I stayed just out of the site of the house and saw into Bella's father's mind as he thought, "Oh god she's hurt again... at least I didn't almost lose her like last time, I swear I don't see what she sees in that Cullen boy.' With that weighing heavily on my mind I sighed and left for home and as I saw the lights of my house I started to hear the voice of my father, Carlisle say, "It's going to happen again at some point unless he decides to change her." as Esme, my mother sighed and sat at the table beside my Carlisle and replied, "I know dear but how are we to make him see this." As I walked in I whispered, "You don't have to, I already see it for myself." And with a smile Carlisle got from his seat, "So you have decided that she should be a part of the family after all! And here I was I thought I would take a long time to convince you!" He said happily and as I watched I saw his smile fall he sighed and said"You aren't planing on making her a part of the family do you?" "I won't take her soul." I said calmly as I took a deep breath. Slowly Carlisle walked over to me and laid a hand on my shoulder "Is this what you really want?" Carlisle asked in a serious voice as I swallowed and nodded knowing that if I spoke I would say no.

With a sad sigh he turned and started to walk off, "I'll let Alice know that she should plan to say good bye in the morning." He said softly. "No!" I said in a panic making him turn his head to look at me, "I want it to be a clean break, I don't want to make it any harder then it already is." I said sadly as he nodded. "We'll leave tonight, join us when you're ready." He said and as soon as I nodded he was gone.

I looked into Bella's eyes as I finished with my story. "I spent all that night finding the words that would make you understand but every time I thought of saying that I love you I knew I would find some way to stay, and so I lied through my teeth to keep you with Charlie, to keep you in the human world, to save your soul but I had already ruined my own plan." I whispered as I laid my hand on where my children once laid inside. "I already love them." I whispered as I ran my fingers gently through Ally-Rose's hair placing a strand that was in front of her face behind her ear. "Yeah they tend to do that." She said as she ran a finger down Renesseme's cheek when she sighed and I saw Renesseme tense a little. "Okay how long have you three been listening in?" She asked as Renesseme opened an eye just a bit as the rest stayed silent, "I know you're not asleep!" Bella said slightly angrily as I heard two sighs as all three children sat up and Ally and EJ crossed their arms. "I wasn't thinking about it!" Renesseme said softly seeming truly upset for some how rating out her siblings. "How much did you hear?" Bella asked and it was silent and for a moment I thought they weren't going to answer when Bella nodded her head with a sigh. "I see." she said softly as I looked between them and slid into Ej's mind and found he was still mad at his sister but he wasn't thinking of why and as I slid from one mind to the other I found that Ally was thinking the same way but when I slid into Renesseme's mind I found that although she was feeling bad for rating them out she also wasn't thinking of how she did it only that she shouldn't have. Finely after a moment of silence I through my hands up, "Can someone please tell me what happened!" I said aggravated as four sets of eyes looked at me.

(okay guys I know it's been a little while since I last updated but my husband to be recently had surgery to remove his lower wisdom teeth and although we did everything the sergeant said to do he seems to have gotten a case of dry socket and it is causing him a lot of pain and I have been taking care of him, but please don't think I forgot about this story... In fact I have a lot of ideas I hope to use! Once again if I messed up on any parts that are in the beginning of new moon please let me know!)
