When I woke up I didn't even register the pain in my skull, back, and stomach. My first instinct was to check on Aidan. I look from where I was lying on the floor and notice he's gone!

He's gone!

"Aidan," I croak. How long have I been out?

I clear my throat and cry out for him again. Nothing. Not a sound.

I try to stand up but when I do I immediately fall back down. And then I start to panic. And when I panic I can't breath.

"Aidan!" I crawl to the door to make it less painful. But I find that my door is locked. I bang on it a few times to maybe get someone's attention but it's useless.

It felt like hours when the doorknob finally turned and Bell walks in confused. She sees me on the floor and helps me into bed.

"I can't! He took Aidan." I get up and make my way to the door and begin to search for Luke.

I get so desperate I think about sneaking upstairs. But when I spot him in the cafeteria I run to him and begin losing my mind.

"Where's my baby?!"

He looks at as if I was insane. "Your baby? He wouldn't shut up so I had him placed in a room where he'll bother no one."

I was ready but all to punch his smug face when Bell comes up. "Luke, please. Just bring back Aidan. What did she ever do to you?"

His eyes go wide before he starts to walk towards her and pushes her against the wall, "You want to keep that trap shut before I do it for you."

He turns to me and says, "I'm not letting you off that easily. You'll get your kid when I say you do."

"Please! Just give him back!" Everyone now is starring at me but I don't care. They don't understand.

I was about to say more when his cellphone rang and he answered it. It was hard to tell but I could see him growing pale until he hung up.

He puts his hands to his mouth and shouts, "Everyone in their rooms now!" He shoves me away as I stand confused.

He didn't give me time to register to say something. Soon all the girls were going into their rooms in a stampede. I was still trying to find my way back to Luke. I don't care if I get punished after.

When the halls were more clear I sneaked out from that part of the basement and into a forbidden area where the girls weren't allowed.

There were always guards there. Except not today.

Which is just plain weird because they're never that careless.

Then I heard a crash. I really loud one.

So loud that all the girls started to come out of their rooms. I can hear the men from the other side of the hallway. So I had to make this fast.

My heart was racing when I stayed aside the door waiting for it to be opened. When it did I nearly screamed when I began to hear bullets.

Aidan.

The guys were coming down stairs and trying to gather the girls from running and screaming. But there was so many of them.

I ran to the door where dust clouded my sight. I close the door and can hear yelling and more bullets.

A bunch of the girls soon came into where I was wanting to escape. When the barely set one foot of the first step they were shot to death by someone upstairs.
