Jack's P.O.V"Elsa? Can you come to the living room for a bit?" Mrs. Corona shouts out. She turns to us and gives us a warning look.
"Whatever you do, please, please don't shout, keep you distance and....just don't get upset."
I start to panic as I begin to hear her light footsteps coming.
It's happening. After over a year, finally I'm going to see her. And as much as I want to be happy I can't, this just feels wrong. So wrong that just standing here makes me want to take off and not come back.
"Yea?" And the moment changes to reveal Elsa who steps into the same room.
My heart freezes the moment I laid eyes on her. She looks different. Her hair is a bit longer, she's skinnier, her skin is more pale than it was before. And the look on her face doesn't begin to describe how she feels when she sees us.
But what really caught my attention was what she's holding.
Is that.....a baby?
"Elsa?" I choke and when I take a small step towards her, her eyes lock on mine and she takes a step back. Her hold on the baby tightens and she shoots a panic look.
"What's he doing here!?" She cries and she takes another step back almost tripping.
"Elsa just take a minute, that's it. He has the right to know. I'm sorry." Rapunzel comes in and reaches towards Elsa.
"I-I don't want him here! Make them leave please."
"Elsa-"
"No! No I don't want to see anyone! Please."
She might as well be on her knees and beg by how her voice sounds so urgent."Okay okay okay, just calm down." Rapunzel comforts her but only to get pushed away.
"Make him leave!" And of course she gestures to me. I'm not going to pretend that it doesn't hurt, but she's right. I need to leave before I do anything stupid and something I'll regret.
Just as Rapunzel was about to speak again, a cry erupted the room.
The baby.
The baby continued to scream until Elsa starts to bounce him over her shoulder while patting his back.
"You know what, this was a bad idea. Go upstairs Elsa will be up in a bit." Mrs. Corona speaks up as she sees Elsa struggling.
Not hesitating, she runs up the stairs where the cry starts to fade away.
"I'm really sorry for having everyone to come down. I thought she would at least want to tell you guys, but I guess we have to." Mr. Corona sighs while taking a seat on the couch.
"Let's keep this short for today. That's her baby."
Never has time ever felt so slow. I mean, I saw the baby, but I never pictured Elsa as a mom. She's only eighteen years old for crying out loud!
But it's not like she had no other choice. It's my fault. It's really hard to believe all this is happening. A baby. The words keeps playing over in my head."Are you sure? Maybe this is all a-"
"Stoick believe me. I had to look at the tests multiple times and they were all positive. It is her baby. There's just the matter of the father."
"Oh, please tell me it wasn't....you know." My dad says almost afraid of the answer.
"No. No but, it's.....its....oh God." Mr. Corona takes a deep breath before continuing.
