Chapter 8- Old Places Never Die

"Get away from me!" Elsa screamed as she's cornered to a wall.

"Elsa listen to me!" Jack shouts which only causes her to shrink back.

"I don't want to see you! Move out of my way before I hurt you!" She stands her ground as Aidan watches both adults in worry.

Nu uh. No one is going to hurt her and her baby again!

---------Few Hours Earlier--------

The sun hits everyone's skin as they walk around the park with Elsa pushing the stroller.

It's kind of scary.

She hasn't been out for the past year. Mostly stayed locked inside the room in the 'house'. In the dark, alone, until she had to leave to go a different part of the house to meet a guy who paid to be with her.

Elsa's not used to this. Looking over your shoulder every five minutes because you're afraid is not what she planned this would be like.

But a hand on her shoulder has her jumping to her feet.

"It's fine Elsa. How about we all just sit down on the benches and take a break." The rest nod their heads in agreement. And all the adults make their way to playground where a few empty benches were located.

As they sit down Aidan begins to fuss. Elsa unbuckles his seat and lifts him up and places him on her lap with his back pressed against her stomach.

"Ra bah ah." He slurs as he looks up at his mom.

She looks down and gives him a smile before kissing the top of his head, she reaches to the stroller and pulls out the bear and gives it to him.

With a calming presence, everything seemed so,

normal.

.....

"Sorry but we have to get going."

Aladdin and Jasmine stand up and looks at Elsa sadly. She stands up as well, she knows that both can't stay here for the day, they have jobs and responsibilities to take care of.

"O-oh, okay." Elsa doesn't want them to leave.

"But we'll come around, so don't worry. It's just we have to get back to the station. We're sorry."

"That's f-fine. I get it."

"I promise we'll stop by again. We really missed you."

They hug Elsa tightly as she wraps her own arms around them.

"See you guys soon. Thanks for the dinner." They gesture to the Coronas and turn to Aidan, "Bye Aidan." Both peck his cheek and turn back to them and leave with a wave.

Elsa sighs in sadness. She'll see them again. It's not like they live a hundred miles away.

As a few minutes pass, Elsa gets up again and turn to the rest to looks at her.

"Where're you going Elsa?" Mrs. Corona asks in confusion.

"I just need to go to the bathroom." Lie

"I can show you where they are." She stands up and Elsa puts her hands up in saying 'no.'

"No, no it's fine. I remember I came here once. And I think I know where they are." She puts Aidan down the stroller and turns it around. "I'm just going to take him with me, I'll be right back."

"Yeah okay, but, if your not back in a few minutes then I'll look for you." Her stern voice has Elsa feeling nervous. But she knows she's trying to protect her.
