Cody came home from the Czech Republic today and I was supposed to be the one picking him up from the airport. I left my parents house at around 5:30am, so I could be there when he landed at 8am. I was sitting at a red light, and not too long after it changed to green is when it happened.
Some prick came flying out of nowhere and I didn't have enough time to hit my breaks. The car rammed into the passenger side of my car. My car started doing donuts until I hit a pole. I saw everything in bullet time, so I didn't have time to process what happened.
The police came to the scene at around 6:15, and I was scared out of my mind. This was the first time that I have ever been in an accident. The police officer asked me questions about what happened, and I was shaking as I told him what happened. He also asked me if I needed to call anyone. I said "I need to call my friend Cody. I was supposed to pick him up from the airport."
I dialed Cody's number and waited for him to answer. "Hello?" he said as he answered his phone, and I started crying as I replied "Cody, I won't be able to pick you up. I was in a car accident." Thankfully Cody understood, but I could tell that he was worried. I don't blame him for being worried because if he or any of my friends were in accident, I would be worried too. I care about my friends and I don't want to see any of them hurt.
A/N
I know this was a little emotional, and I'm sorry about that.I'm sorry if this chapter sucks.
I'm also sorry that I haven't updated in a while, I've been busy. I work a lot this coming week (a lot for a part time job), so I don't know if I will get to upload for the next few days.
Thank you so much for reading this story and sticking with me. You guys have no idea how much time I love you.
