"You hit me once, I hit you back. You gave a kiss, I gave a slap. You smashed a plate over my head, then I set fire to our bed." Kiss With A Fist by Florence and the Machine

"Wakie, wakie eggs and bakey." I pried open my eyes to see Alex sitting on my bed.

It had been a few days since we had gotten back. The guy's manager and Lizzy had to go back to Scranton, but the guys had come down to stay with us for a few days.

They insisted it was to scope out possible venues, I knew it was just Chris being himself. Alex smiled and placed a glass of water on my nightstand.

"Another nightmare?" he asked as he handed me a pill. I took it gratefully and downed the water.

"Yeah." I said, dropping my eyes. "Wanna talk about it?" I shook my head and checked my phone. Lance had gone home afterwards and hadn't contacted me yet. I placed the phone back onto the nightstand and winced as my arm stung.

"You need to give it some air." he said, gesturing to my arms. He helped me pull off my heavy sweater and reveal my arms.

After the accident I had been put into rehabilitation both mentally and physically. I had hurt myself for a while, burning myself and cutting. It was a release. The pain was the only thing that reminded me that I was alive, and that all of those things had actually happened to me.

Most of the scars had faded; I almost looked normal again apart from the two inch gash on my forearm. That was the only one wound left that I continuously picked at. Alex pulled off the bandage and tossed it into the trashcan on the other side of the room.

"Score!" he said, holding up his hand. I taped it gently and he laughed. "Come on downstairs. We have food." I nodded and slowly followed him downstairs.

Violet seemed perfectly content with the members of Motionless in White sitting around our kitchen table (Alex was pretty okay with it too). The guys saw me and smiled, asking me how I was. Chris stood at the counter with a cup of coffee in his hand.

Ricky and Penelope stood at the stove, conversing quietly. I walked over to the coffee pot and poured myself a cup in my Ouija Board mug that Alex had gotten me as a welcome home present when I first moved in. I turned with my back against the counter and surveyed the room, Chris right beside me.

"You're still here. Don't they miss you in Scranton?" "Not enough." he replied. I nodded and took a large sip. It burned my tongue but I ignored it as I downed as much as I could.

"Irina, stop it. You know you can't drink caffeine with your meds." Penelope said, grabbing the cup and placing a plate of bacon on the table. I sighed and sat between Vinny and Ryan.

"Okay baby, I love you too." He hung up and smiled at his phone. "Allie?" He nodded. "How is she?" Chris asked. "Never better, although she misses Irina like hell." Ryan said, smiling. Chris tossed a piece of bacon at him and it landed in my hair. I glared at him, took the bacon, and ate it.

"I don't even get it back." "No. Once it touches my hair, it's mine." I said as Vinny laughed. I didn't react as I went back to poking at my food. I heard a whisper and glanced at Vinny.

"What?" I asked quietly. "Hm? I didn't say anything." he answered, confused. The people around me were engaging in conversation, but I could hear it. I glanced at Ryan who was eating quietly and scrolling through his Instagram.
