I hung up on my my mum without saying a bye, since I was in too much of a shock to even care. I quickly stood up, and now both Elecktra and Hayden had worried expressions on their faces. "Hey, Dylan! Where are you going?!" Hayden yelled behind me as I ran out of the ice-cream parlour. I was too much in a rush to even answer him. I ignored him and ran out of the park. I've always been good at running, so it wasn't much of an effort for me. I could hear Elecktra and Hayden yelling behind me to stop, but I carried on. Even though my older sister was perfect, she was the only person (aside from Elecktra) who loved me for me, and actually thought of me as something valuable, not something that's worth nothing. When I was younger, me, Elecktra and My older sister, Esme, would sing. Of course I was nowhere as good as her, but she told me I was really good anyway. And now to hear about her being in a accident just made my blood run cold. I couldn't risk losing Esme, the person I loved. You'd think she'd be really stuck-up, but when my parents taunt me about the way I am, Esme sticks up for me.
As I was running, I could feel the tears finally coming out. I ran harder, all the way home. When I reached my street, there were ambulance cars everywhere. Along with a few Police cars and two cars that had been really damaged. My heart skipped several beats when I realised one of those damaged cars belonged to Esme. I was shivering with fear, I could hear people crying, and shouting. I slowly made my way to the ''crime scene'' and didn't bother to even look down. I saw my neighbour, Martin give me a sad smile and a shiver ran down my spine. I made my way to my house, and saw my mum and dad crying. They saw me and cried even harder. I just stared at them. "Where's Esme?" I ask them, my voice urgent. My dad looks up and my mum cries harder. "WHERE'S ESME?!" I yell at the top of my lungs, and everyone on the street looks shocked, but I don't give a crap about them. All I wanted to know was where my sister was. The person I probably loved the most. The person who didn't bring me down. The person who was like a motherly figure to me. "ESME?! ESME?!" I shout, while looking around for my sister. She was nowhere to be seen. And then I notice her car, damaged. I run up to it and find a pool of blood. I slowly look inside the upturned car to find my sister, lying there lifelessly. She looks dead, and her head is cut open. Her arms and legs are bent in a unnatural direction and her eyes are closed. Her once smooth, soft skin looked pale and shrivelled. Her long, shimmering hair was covered in her own blood. I couldn't stand it, I felt light headed. I heard a blood-curdling scream and realised it was from me, before I fade in to total darkness.
Elecktra's point of view
Dylan finally came out of the toilet and her cheek was red, it looked like she'd been slapped, hard. Her eyes were red and puffy as if she'd been crying. Then after that phone call, she froze and quickly ran out of the ice-cream parlour. Me and Hayden immediately get up and follow her. It was hard keeping up with her because she was a great runner. "DYLAN, STOP!" me and Hayden both yelled at the top of our lungs, but she kept running like she was being chased by a sea of lions. She ran out of the park, to her street. Me and Hayden were having a hard time keeping up with her, but we finally made it. We suddenly came to a halt when we saw that the whole street was decorated with Ambulances, Police cars, people crying and shouting. "WHERE'S ESME?!" someone yells, at the top of their lungs. Me and Hayden soon realised that it was Dylan screaming and yelling, frantically looking for something, whilst yelling, "ESME?! ESME?!". She soon stopped by a damaged car, that I recognised was her sister's. She slowly walked up to it looked inside it. "What the heck happened here?!" Hayden inquires, shocked. "I-" I start but then am interrupted by a blood-curdling scream that wrung through my ears. And then I notice Dylan screaming as if she was being killed, and fall to the ground, hard, lying in a pool of blood.
