Chapter 64

Ace's POV:

"Do you think it is too early to do this?" I asked. Brandon, Blake and Keith stared at the diamond rings behind the case.

"You guys have been dating for over a year now. Do you love her?" Keith asked and I smiled looking down.

"I do, a lot." I said happily.

"Does she make you feel all lovey?" He asked and I rolled my eyes while laughing.

"Yes she does, she is absolutely amazing." I smiled.

"Ace is in love." Brandon pouted. I rolled my eyes and hit his shoulder.

"Fuck off."

"It's true, you love this girl, not because of sex but because you actually enjoy her company." Brandon approved.

"I do, she's really funny...and smart...and kind...and cute...an-"

"And shut up." Brandon said cutting me off. A worker came up to us with her cleavage pushed out behind her unbuttoned blouse and blazer.

"Gentlemen, can I help you?" She smiled.

"I am proposing to my girlfriend." I said and her eyes widened.

"Really? You don't look a day over twenty!" She gasped.

"I'm twenty-four, but thank you." I smiled ignoring her flirtatious hints. I looked over all of the rings and she grabbed out a panel.

"What is your price range?" She asked.

"The sky is the limit." I assured. She grabbed other panels and fanned them out.

"These are our more expensive rings, because of their clarity and size." She assured and I scanned over them intently looking for the perfect one.

"She doesn't want anything hanging off her finger." Brandon said and I nodded.

"Exactly, which is why I need to find the perfect one." I said.

Storm's POV:

"It's already starting to get cold again." Sylvie pouted. We sat on the couch in the pad watching movies in sweats and comfy sweaters.

"I know, the leaves are changing colour and falling too." I added.

"So where is Ace?" I asked her. He hadn't really given me a clear answer as to where he was going.

"Oh him and the boys just went to grab a few things. Grab some snacks and stuff..." She shrugged trailing off. I had a feeling she was lying but I shrugged it off and turned back to the movie.

"So how are you and Blake?" I asked her and a smile appeared on her face.

"Things are really, really good." She said fiddling with the handle of her tea mug.

"You are leaving something out." I snickered and her smile grew into a grin.

"Would you be upset if I said I might purchase some pregnancy tests?" She asked not meeting my eyes. I almost spit out my tea as I sat up.

"Are you pregnant!?" I yelled and she laughed.

"No I am not sure yet. I have been feeling really off in the mornings lately." She shrugged and I smiled hitting her leg with my foot.

"Oh my God...Sylvie!" I squealed and she laughed.

"I don't know if I am though yet!"

"Does Brandon know?" I asked swirling around the tea bag,

"I have not told him because I fear that he will beat my ass if he found out that his baby sister was pregnant with one of his friends' kids." She said and I shook my head.

"You can't hide a bulging stomach from him though."

"I know that, but I haven't even told Blake yet. I am waiting until I am sure that we are expecting. Until then please don't tell them?" She begged.

"Of course, it is not my place to say anything." I assured and she smiled.

"This is why you are the best." She smiled setting down her tea and pulling me into a tight hug.

"I know I am the best and I know I will be the best auntie." I assured and she laughed.

"Of course you would. Auntie and Godmother." She smiled.

"You would make me a Godmother?" I whispered touching my heart.

"Of course I would. Who else is here to show my kids the ropes?" She giggled and I smiled.

"I love you Syl." I smiled.

"I love you too, Storm." She smiled.

It was awesome having a best friend and a handsome loving boyfriend.
