Chapter 25

Storm's POV:

I got my sling off and my stitches had finally dissolved so I was given exercises to help my torn shoulder. The muscles had not yet healed so I had to do some special stretches to help strengthen it.

I woke up and rolled out my shoulder that was a little stiff. Ace was already changing and he stood in the mirror doing up his dress shirt.

"You don't get bored of doing this every day?" I asked stepping into his closet to grab clothes.

"No, why you find it boring?" He asked and I shrugged.

"You sit in Blake's office every day and talk."

"Yea with a girl on my lap to make me feel good." He smirked in the mirror. I rolled my eyes and placed my hands on my hips.

"You mean a slut on your lap?" I asked raising an eyebrow.

"How are they a slut for just showing their bodies? They are confident and strong women."

"Who make out and grind on men while other people are in the room and who give a guy a blow job and walk around with their substance on their mouths." I said disgusted as I took off my pants. I put on leggings and a white t-shirt with a sweater jean jacket.

I put my long hair in a ponytail and stepped out yawning.

"I don't have time to dress up." I said as Ace stared at me.

"You look perfect." He said and I blushed slightly as we went down to the parking lot.

We drove to the club and went into Blake's office as usual. Brandon was already in there along with Blake and Georgina. She had straddled Blake's waist and was grinding on him along with making out. A young guy sat in the single chair and looked up.

"Keith?" Ace asked surprised and the young guy smiled and stood up.

"Steele!" He said walking over and giving him a 'bro hug'. They both sat down and started talking. I frowned confused and sighed as my stomach growled. Ace looked back with his eyes lit up like a little puppy.

"Go to the bar, Jamie will make you breakfast."

"Gee thanks." I grumbled walking out of the room. I had no clue who 'Jamie' was or who this 'Keith' was.

Why were people always stealing Ace from me?

If it's not Georgina it is this Keith. I sighed heavily and walked into the main part of the club to see a man working at the bar.

"Storm what can I get for you?" He asked wiping down some clean glasses.

"Do you have pancakes?" I asked excitedly and he smiled looking back into the kitchen.

"Dean make Storm a stack." He called and there was an 'okay' response from the kitchen.

"We haven't officially met, Storm. I'm James but everyone calls me Jamie." He said holding out his hand. I shook it and smiled.

"Nice to meet you, Jamie." I smiled.

"Good morning lovelies." A familiar voice called. I turned and Davey sat in the chair and smiled at me.

"How is the shoulder, honey?" He asked.

"It's really stiff so doc gave me some stretches to do. Just to strengthen the torn muscle." I said as Jamie handed me a stack of pancakes. I smiled happily at the smell of them.

"How is Steele?" Davey asked and I gave him a sideway glance.

"What about Steele?" I asked laughing nervously. Jamie chuckled and began organizing the alcohol.

"Georgie told me what happened. She has been Steele's 'girl' for about five years. She was pissed because a new girl came in and stole him away from her." He smirked receiving a coffee from Jamie.

"Nothing has happened I don't know what she is talking about." I shrugged feeling my ears get hot.

"Oh shut up, he likes you. Hell he has never taken a girl to his bachelor pad or bought her clothes." He said gesturing to my outfit.

"He bought these?" I asked.

"Yea he made me go out and buy them. He said buy her as much as you feel necessary. Which by the way I bought you some cute lingerie." He winked and I rolled my eyes.

"He seems so...distant." I shrugged.

"That's how he is." Jamie noted.

"Yea all he is used to is sex and women at his beck and call. Now he has you coming in here and he doesn't know what to do. He doesn't do relationships."

"Who doesn't do relationships?" Someone asked. We turned to Ace walking in and he smirked at us.

"No on-"

"You." Davey said simply as he sat down next to us. I turned and gave Davey a 'what the fuck?' look and I turned back to Ace who stared at my pancakes. I quickly shoved a large bite in my mouth and he stared at me oddly.

"Yum." I said laughing and he shook his head.

"No I don't do relationships. They are a waste of time." He said getting up. I felt something inside my chest and I stared at my empty plate sadly.

"You're an ass look how upset you made her." Davey said and I covered my eyes.

"Oh my God." I said embarrassed.

"She knows I don't do relationships." He said and I bit my tongue standing up.

"He's right." I said walking out of the lobby.
