Chapter 17

Storm's POV:

I laid lifeless in bed as I heard a lot of banging and thrusting downstairs. I had no energy to get up so I tried to drown it out by closing my eyes. There was a loud bang on the door and my eyes jolted open in fear of Massimo. I pulled the sheet around my body as the door opened slowly. I saw familiar brown hair and Brandon's face turned to me.

"Brandon?" I whispered lifting my head.

"She is in here!" He called back out. I saw some men I did not know come in and then I saw Ace. He lowered his gun and jogged over to me.

"Are you okay? Can you walk?" He asked and I nodded as he shrugged off his suit jacket. He put it around me and did it up, helped me take a few steps and kissed my head. We went out to a black limo and he opened the door for me. I got in wrapping his suit jacket around me. The driver passed in a blanket and Ace put it around me. The window was put up so we were alone and I looked at the floor of the limo.

Ace grabbed my face lightly looking at my throbbing eye.

"Did he hit you?" He asked angrily and I nodded. He pressed his fist to his mouth and I began to cry silently. He hesitantly wrapped his arm around my shoulder.

"H-he raped me." I said quietly.

"What!?" He yelled angrily and I flinched at his words. He took a deep breath and pulled my shoulders into him. He cradled me to him and I laid there against his chest as he stared out the window.

----

He gently woke me up and we were in the parking lot for his bachelor pad. I kept the blanket around me along with his suit jacket and he brought me upstairs.

"Do you want a bath?" He asked softly and I nodded. He disappeared into his bathroom and I followed him as he was rolling up his sleeves revealing his tattoos. He poured the bath into the bathtub and turned on the jets. He left me alone as I sank into the water. Once I was finished I wrapped a towel around myself and opened the door to see a pair of sweatpants and a sweater on his bed. I smiled putting on the clothes and tied my hair into a messy bun.

I opened the door to hear him talking on the phone.

"Did you take care of him? He raped her and hit her." He said and I looked down.

"Good, call Braydon and give him the money to cover this up." He said and I slowly walked out to see him in a tight shirt and shorts.

"Alright. See you tomorrow." He murmured. I looked at the pizza he ordered as he set down his phone.

"Are you hungry?" He asked and I nodded sitting across from him. I grabbed a slice and sighed happily considering I haven't eaten in a while. I could feel his eyes on me as I ate and soon his hand was lightly touching my bruised cheek.

"Are you okay?" He asked quietly and I shrugged my shoulders grabbing another slice.

"I haven't eaten in a while so I'm starving." I said forcing a smile and he gave me a weak smile.

"Storm I am so sorry." He said meeting my eyes and I stared at him.

"For what?"

"For what I did. Georgina means nothing to me and Blake was right I was scared that someone actually liked me and I didn't know what to do." He admitted.

"It's not your fault." I said quietly.

"It is my fault because if I didn't do that none of this would have happened. I don't know how to say sorry but I will do everything I can to make it up to you. I started by buying you a toothbrush since yours is at the club?" He said sheepishly. I smiled taking it from his hands.

"Thanks Ace." I smiled and he nodded. I went to brush my teeth and when I came back out I scratched the back of my neck nervously as he took his shirt off.

"Ace?" I asked quietly. He turned surprised.

"What's wrong?" He asked worriedly.

"Do you mind if I...uh..." I said pointing to his bed and he smiled nodding. I blushed for some reason and laid down in his silky covers. He left a dim light on as he laid down next to me. He looked up at the ceiling as I studied his face.

I scooted forward and laid my head on his chest and he placed his arms around me. He turned and tightened his arms around me tightly and kissed my head gently. I listened to the steady beat of his heart and soon fell asleep.
