"kayden gloriana delamare!! wake the eff up!!" i heard flora yell into my ear.

i sat up and looked at her in annoyance until she got off of me. "and you didn't even call me" she said to me.

"good morning to you too" i said in sarcasm then got out of bed to use the bathroom.

i did my business along with brushing my hair and teeth then went to pick out my outfit.

"where are we even going?"

"breakfast and probably a movie" she replied back then went back to looking at her phone.

i picked what i was going to wear then started on my makeup.

after i fleeked the eyebrows and babied the lips, i went to go put on my clothes.

i put on a black halter top, white skinny jeans and a pair of white air max ninety's.

"we might as well be sisters. we match almost all the time and we're at each other's houses all the time" i said and she nodded her head in agreement.

"all right, i'm ready" i said grabbing a black sweater and a long black fringe shoulder purse.

we headed downstairs to see my mom and damian being all cutesy with each other. "me and flora are leaving" i announced to my mom.

"do you want some breakfast?" she asked getting to make something. "no that's okay. we're going for breakfast" i told her.

"okay, well, see you girls later" my mom said then went back to talking to damian.

we walked out to my car and got in.

after breakfast, me and flora were just walking around until i got a call.

"hello?" i said into my phone.

"hey, that's great" i said in excitement.

"of course. yes i want to see my baby" i yelled in excitement.

"alright. i'll come get her in a bit" i told my friend then hung up.

"who was that?" flora asked taking a sip of her drink. "laura. she's going on a date so she's letting me babysit amira" i told her then heard an ear piercing scream.

"baby l is back from new york?" she asked in excitement. "it's what i said" i told her sassily then we made our way back to the car.

we got into the car then made our way to laura's house.

once we got to her house, we got out then made our to the door and knocked.

"coming" laura's voice yelled from the inside of the house.

she opened the door then instantly jumped into flora's arm giving her the biggest hug. she pulled me into the hug it was this huge group hug just happening outside.

"mira, come see who's here!!" laura yelled to amira who i guess was upstairs. she pulled us into the house then ran up the stairs.

she soon came back down with my muffin who looked tired af.

"look mira, aunty kayden and aunty flora are here" laura told her pointing to me. she rubbed her sleepiness away from her eyes then looked at me clearer.

not too long after, she was in my arms hugging the life out of me. "i missed you too, baby cakes" i said then gave her multiple kisses everywhere since i hadn't seen her in two weeks.

"is she staying over or is she staying a couple hours?" i inquire while handing her to flora.

"if it's not too much trouble, could she possibly stay the night? i just really like this guy and ya know" she told me and i went in for a hug. "are you kidding me, my mom loves this rascal" i said then pulled away. "you're such a life saver" she said closing her seeming like she was slightly praying.

"no problem. so where's mama j?" i asked taking a seat on the couch. "she left for vegas with her new future husband" she said rolling her eyes then gagging in disgust. i let a laugh at her reaction to her mom having a dating life.

"let woman have a life, mom" i said messing around with her.

"anyway, mira go pack. aunty says you're staying the night" laura told mira and in a split second, she was off flora's lap and running up the stairs.

i heard a ding go off and a buzz coming from my phone. i took it out and seen a text from sammy.

jack frost❄️: wanna see a joke😂?

kaylizzle: shoot 🔫.

jack frost❄️: what did the penis say to the condom?

kaylizzle: idk. what?

jack frost❄️: cover me, i'm going in😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

kaylizzle: that was lame and i'm now convinced you have fuckboy-itis

jack frost❄️: you got anything better? and you're just rude because i am not.

kaylizzle: only fuckboys don't admit that they're fuckboys and no so that's why i'm not telling a joke, loser face.

jack frost❄️: all right i see how it is. i'm unfollowing you on everything and next time you text, i won't text back.

kaylizzle: *sarcastic* *doesn't care* oh no, what will do?

"who's got you smiley and giggly?" laura asked sitting down next to me.

"her future baby daddy, jack frost!!" flora yelled loudly. "flora, really? what's his real name?"

"his name is sammy and he has blonde hair so he looks like jack frost" i explained to her since flora is dork.

"so are girls dating or something" she asked sounding like she was trying to get all the juicy details. "or something. we just went on a date last night and that was that was all" i finished off. "did you guys kiss?" she asked inching closer towards me.

i looked everywhere but at her, "mira, you almost done?" i yelled up to her to avoid answering the question. "oh em eff gee, you guys did kiss! was he good? did you guys have ya know after?" she bashed with questions.

"i'm ready to go" amira said dragging her suitcase down the stairs. "all right let's see what you packed" laura told her then laid suitcase and checked to see if everything she needed was there.

"you're all set" she said then set the suitcase back on the floor then put it by the door. "give mommy kisses" laura told mira as she vended down to her level and pecked her cheek anyway.

we walked over to the door and i opened it then walked out picking up mira since she didn't want to put on her shoes at the moment.

"we will talk about sammy, later" she said then closed the door once started heading the car.

"what's showing at twelve?" i asked pulling out the drive way then heading into the main street. "they have paul blart number two that came out" she told while scrolling through her phone to find other movies. "what is that rated?" i asked making a right. "pg" she replied back and i nodded then drove to my house.
