we pull up to the restaurant and hop out of the car making our way inside and over to the hostess that was standing with three menus already in her hand.

"welcome" she greets with a smile. we smile and greet her back nicely. "table for three?" i answer with a yes. "we actually have three more coming in just a bit so can we three more menus" i whisper and she quickly nods going to get three more.

she leads us to a table that can sit all six of us. we decided that since flora is cool with kalin, that i would invite him too.

the hostess sneakily hides three menus behind my back in my chair then walks away without flora even noticing. she's too busy looking at her menu to even notice.

we wait a couple of more minutes trying to figure out what we want when myles shows up with big bouquet of red roses. he creeps behind her and smiles at us in a way of greeting sam and i.

he taps her shoulder causing her to turn around hit her face on the see through wrapping paper on the flowers. "myles, you came!!" she shouted grabbing some people's attention. "of course i came" she sets the flowers down on her seat and gives him a huge hug.

she over towards kalin and the girl he brought along with him. "alexa, this is sammy, his girl kayden and this flora, the birthday girl. guys, this is my date, alexa" he introduces and we wave and greet her nicely so she doesn't feel uncomfortable around us.

"i didn't think you were going to come" flora says still in complete shock that myles is here. "i couldn't miss your birthday" he tells and they continue on their conversation about whatever it is they are talking about.

our waiter comes over to our table to take all of our drink and appetizers then walks away to go place our order.

"okay, so we have four sprites and two shirley temples" the waiter announces to us making sure he got it right. "yup" we all say together and begins drinks in front of everyone before taking our food orders.

"i'll have the french onion soup" i order then everyone else orders their food and the guy walks away to go place our order.

we all continued conversations with each other and i was getting a little bit closer to alexa. she's really nice and i could possibly see flora and i being friends with her.

the finally came and we instantly started eating our meals. my food was actually better than i expected it to be so that was a good thing.

i checked the time on flora's watch and seen it was already six thirty which means we would have to leave in about half an hour.

the plan is; to ask them all to come over to watch for just a chill night in then i'll say i have to get something out of the backyard and that i'm scared since it's night time and i'll make them all come with me and then i'll turn on the lights in the backyard and everyone will pop out from everywhere screaming surprise!!. at least that's how i plan for it to go.

we continue eating and the waiter finally lays down the check and tells us to take our time. "it's her birthday" i whisper to him and he nods his head going to the kitchen.

he came not too long after with a bunch of other waiters and employees and a small chocolate cake.

"happy, happy, birthday. i sing this song to you. happy, happy, it come from me to you" all the employees sing then our waiter lays the cake down in front of flora who is smiling like a fool.

"thank you" she says smiling at the waiter before cutting into her cake taking a bite for herself then feeding some to myles.

"i was thinking that we would go watch movies at my house to finish off the night" i tell everybody even though the boys know the plan. "yeah, that seems perfect. i have to binge watch Jane the virgin anyway" flora announces then gets up out of her seat putting the cake and her left over food in the to go box.

"alright, let's get out of here" she exclaims loudly earning a stares from people in the restaurant.

we laughed it off then headed out the restaurant and off to my house for movies 😜.
