Luna-

Luna woke up in a good mood, a bit tired from the nightmare. But she was feeling optimistic. But somehow, she made her morning sour.

She wanted to surprise Demitri with breakfast. So she got up early and went to the store. She had to walk, and when she returned, Demitri was pacing the living room. He was a nerve wreck. He yelled at her, asking why she left without telling him. He was getting all worked up for nothing. He knew damn well she wasn't going to run away.

She didn't stay quiet and yelled back, accusing him of keeping her here like a hostage. That she can never do anything on her own. He told her to fuck off then. His comment took her aback.

She told him he didn't have to be so rude and overprotective. She can take care of herself. She has Lunic under control, and he needs to stop being so possessive of her.

Demitri then told her that if she didn't listen, he would lock her up in the bedroom. She was astonished by what he said. He was going to lock her up. Luna kept pushing and told him she would leave if he didn't correct his behavior. Demitri told her to leave if that was what she wanted. He didn't care; she felt hurt; she knew Demitri didn't mean it. He left soon after to go to work.

She felt sad and heartbroken. She needed to fix it. So she made Demitri lunch. She was happy about taking lunch to him.

When she arrived at the shop, she felt Lunic try to crawl out. Demitri leaned against the car's hood, kissing Natasha, Linda's friend. She felt her heart shatter into pieces.

"Demitri?" She grips the lunchbox.

Demitri quickly pulled away and stared at her. "Luna, it's not what it looks like," she didn't want to listen to him. Luna ran out. She could hear him calling out for her. But she didn't stop; she kept running.

She didn't want to listen to his excuse—that jerk.

Luna didn't know how long she ran. But when she stopped, she noticed she was in the middle of the woods. Luna began to walk, but her clumsiness caught up to her. She tripped and fell face down, bumping her head against a rock.

"Ouch," Luna sat up and leaned against a tree. It was cold and looked like it was going to rain. Her head started to hurt. She pulled her knees up to her chin to keep warm.

She began to sob. Why do these things always happen to her? Things were going so well until now. She just had to screw it up; this was all her fault. But it was his as well for not trusting her. He should have more faith in her. Faith that she won't run away. And now he probably thinks she ran away.

Maybe she should go home to her family. But she didn't know where to go. She wasn't paying attention to the landscapes. Even so, she didn't want to go; she wanted to be with Demitri.

Luna closed her eyes. She wants things to go back to how they were. Happy. Before that stupid Natasha showed up. She should crave that pretty face of hers.

'Let me do it,' Lunic laughed.

Luna shook her head. She appreciates the need to help, but she won't act on her dark thoughts.

She rested her eyes for a moment. But then she felt the cold wind hit her face. She woke up with a startle. She fell asleep, that's not good. Her belly growled. Thankfully, she had the lunch she packed for Demitri. She will eat that slowly. She wasn't sure how long she'll be out here. She hopes Demitri finds her.

She jumped at the sudden drops of water, and it began to rain. She stood and looked for a safer spot; she found a cluster of trees that kept the ground dry.

Dimitri must be worried about her. But she was too weak and cold to go to him. Which Luna shouldn't be. Luna frowned at the sudden wetness in her shorts. She looked down. Did she subconsciously pee?
