Torion's POV

Two days.

It's been two days since me and Yn lost the most important person in our lives. Two long days. It gets harder and harder.

Yn isn't talking at all. She's like a robot. All she does is shower and sit in her room and stare out the window until she goes to sleep. She hasn't eaten, nor has she left the house.

Aunt Jamie has been supportive, I guess. She's taking it really hard, too. My mom and her were really close, even when they were young. Even though she didn't come around us much, she still called and checked in every now and then, but she used to talk to my mom practically everyday. She's currently in the kitchen, trying to cook us breakfast.

Diggy has been having family issues. He calls at least every hour, trying to see if Yn has spoken though. He's upset about the whole thing, too. Always saying how "sweet" and "kind" my mom was to him, to all of us. He constantly checks in on us and I know he'd be over here if he could.

Reginae and Shay have been over here, too. Trying to get Yn to speak, to comfort her, he'll probably trying to comfort themselves too. They're taking it hard, too, of course. My mom was so caring toward them.

She left an impact on everyone.

I sat on the porch, just looking up at the sky. What am I supposed to do without my mama? I feel so lost, so hurt, so bewildered and confused as to how this could happen to such an amazing person like her.

I stood up as I noticed a car pulling to a stop at our house. I narrowed my eyes as I saw the two detectives that brought us to the hospital two days ago. I spoke up when they approached the door. "Can I help you?"

"Yes, actually we need to discuss a few things with you and your sister, may we come in?" I remember his name being Detective Theo.

I nodded and lead them in the house. Shay was sitting on the couch, playing with her fingers. "Can you go get Yn from upstairs?"

She nodded once she saw the detectives and quickly ran up the stairs. I heard her talking to Yn, but of course, she was never getting a response. Shay came to the top of the steps, shaking her head, telling me that she couldn't get Yn to budge from the window.

I took a deep breath and shook my head as I ran up the steps and into her room. I looked on her bed and saw Reginae still sleeping before I turned my attention back to Yn. "Yn, you need to go downstairs, now" I said.

She just kept staring out the window, not moving at all. She looked like a statue, she was so still. It was like she couldn't even hear me. I sighed as I picked her up and threw her over my shoulder, carrying her down the stairs. She didn't move or protest once as I sat her on he couch next to me and grabbed her hand.

"Aunt Jamie, can you come in here?"

She quickly ran in here and a look of confusion crossed her face as she saw the Detectives. "Is something wrong?"

Shay took a seat at the top of the steps, listening to everything. I don't have a problem with it though, whatever concerns me concerns her too. She's practically apart of this family. Reginae must've just woke up because she took a seat right next to her.

Detective Theo cleared his throat. "Actually, we came to discuss the well-being of Yn and Torion" he said. "Its been brought to our attention that they, and some of their friends sometimes, lived here with her being the only parent or guardian here."
