Torion's POV

*The Next Morning*

Everybody spent the night over here, as usual. I woke up, brushed my teeth, showered, and threw on some basketball shorts and a t-shirt.

Diggy and I were going to the court today to shoot some hoops. He was already waiting for me downstairs. I grabbed a bowl of cereal. As soon as I finished it, the front door opened and mom walked through the door.

"Hey baby" she said to me.

"Aye, wassup ma" I said while hugging her and giving her a kiss on the cheek.

She squeezed me really tight before letting me go. "I missed you" she said before turning to Diggy. "Well, hey there Daniel" she said.

He smiled as she hugged him as well. "Hey, how's your business trip going so far?"

She shrugged as she took a seat on the couch. "It's going pretty good, I'm leaving to go back for it in two more days, but while I'm not busy I thought I'd come back to see you guys. I missed you all soooo much."

Just then Yn, Shay, and Reginae ran down the stairs. "Mommy!" Yn said, running up to her and hugging her.

She started laughing. "Hey Yn. I missed you baby" she said giving her a huge kiss on the forehead before turning toward Reginae. "How are you Reginae?"

Reginae smiled before giving her a hug. "I'm fine, you're not leaving again anytime soon are you?"

Mom sighed tiredly. "Yeah, sadly. I'm leaving again in two days. Lord knows I wanna stay with you guys though." Then, she turned toward Shay. "Hi Shay, it's nice to meet you."

She pulled Shay into a hug. "It's nice to meet you too."

Mom noticed she started to rub her bruised wrists. "Are you okay? What happened to your wrists?"

Shay shrugged and looked down. "I'm fine, I just had problems at home so I came here for a few days. I hope that's okay."

Mom smiled her perfect smile before nodding. "Yes, of course it is. Stay as long as you need to." She turned her attention back to Regine. "Aye, I thought I told you a long time ago to send me the video of Paige and Yn fighting."

Everybody started laughing. "Sorry, I forgot" she said as she pulled her phone out and showed her the video.

"Oooohh, she tried to sneak you while you were watching Diggy and Torion stomp Chad" she said. "Damn! And you still whooped her ass, that's my baby!"

Yn started laughing before she laid down on her. "I missed you mama."

Mom gave her a kiss on the forehead. I noticed Diggy smiling in the corner of my eye.

"Oh, and I gotta show you Shay fightin' Paige, too" Reginae said as she searched through her camera roll.

Mom started dying laughing. "Reginae, you are too much. You always recordin' fights!"

Everybody started laughing because we all knew it was true. Once I caught my breath I spoke up again.

"Aye, ma, we finna go to the court. We'll be back in a few hours" I said.

She nodded. "Okay, just be careful and stay out of trouble."

Diggy and I hopped in the car and I drove to the court. "Aye, when are you gonna tell Yn how you feel?" I asked as we got out of the car.
