Okay so I was sucked into the vortex of endless videos that is YouTube when I stumbled upon a video.
There were two people cosplaying as Dan and Phil. They got every detail right, down to PHILS FREAKING EYEBROWS! They are girls, so obviously it doesn't look exactly like Dan and Phil, but still. I have a screen shot up there ^^^^^^^.
