Chapter 50

It's thanksgiving today!!

Me and my mom and Cami are going out to eat my dad is supposed to be flying in to be with us.

Cami's parents still are fighting so she doesn't care about being with them anyways.

Hayes flew back home and once I leave Cali I'll be able to see him again.

Once I wome up I jumped on Cami and said 'Happy Thanksgiving' and did the same with my mom.

When everybody was awake we got ready and we where just gonna go out and walk around.

I wore a pink laces croptop and sky blue skinny jeans with my black vans.

We walked threw the hall walk of fame thing. I always forget what it's called i think thats it.

We came back to the hotel around 4:34 my dads plane landed at 4:00 so I decided to call him and see if he was here.

I called and after a couple rings he answer

"Hi dad" i said

"Are you here yet" i asked

"Hum sweetie bad news but I won't be able to make it I got another business trip and I can't be there" he said

"Oh uhm it's ok" i replied and hung up

"Well mom dad can't come more business stuff" I told my mom

"We'll it's ok a girls thanksgiving" she smiled

We went out and to some nice place with great food.

"So how's the food girls" Mom asked

"Its great" i replied

"Good" Cami smiled

I then felt my phone vibrating in my pocket. I grabbed it and saw Hayes was calling. I excused myself from the table and headed to the bathroom.

"Hello" i said

"Hey well first I wanted to just say Happy Thanksgiving from me Zan and my family" he said

"Zan" i asked confused

"Oh I got a new puppie once you get back to North Carolina you'll see him" he said

"Good are him and Beary good friends" I asked

"Sky wont let her near him" he giggling

"She says she scared Zan is gonna eat her" he said still laughing

"Oh Sky" i replied

"We'll I'm gonna go eat i miss you and see you soon" he said

"I miss you too and okay" i replied and a smile apeared on my face even though he couldn't see it

I went back to the table and continued eating.

When we finished eating we went off to soom stores. I grabbed my mom a cute little California palm tree things that glowed and Cami once with waves and dolfines they were so cute.

I gave them there gifts and they both thanked me and we headed back to the hotel.

Once we got back to the hotel it was late around ten. I changed my clothes and laid on the bed. I got on my phone and tweeted out "happy thanksgivings everybody🍗🍖😊"

My mom quickly fell asleep while me and Cami were still awake.

"Why didn't your dad make it" she asked

"More business" i replied

"Hes always on business" she said

"I know sometimes I fell like he's not even on business he just doesn't want to be with me and my mom" I replied

"Why would you think that" she asked

"I mean when he is home hes only there for 2 to 3 days and he always seems eager to leave" i said staring out the window looking at the lights of Cali

Cami came and sat next to me

"Promise me no matter how bad things get with our families or us we'll still be here for each other" she asked

"I promise" I said and our pinky fingers intertwined

"Your a good friend" I said and let out a sigh as we both look at the California view
