Chapter 15

ITS CHRISTMAS EVERYBODY

I brushed my teeth and combed my hair. I started changing ahh sweats and a crop top.

I went downstairs and my parents were in the livingroom watching tv.

"Hi mama hi dad" I said running to them like I was a small baby

"Ok sweetie go send these Christmas cookies to Elizabeth and this card" My mom said I smiled and grabbed the cookies and started walking

I started nocking on the door thinking it was really early so I don't know if they're even awake.

Then a boy a little bit taller than hayes bright blue eyes and sorda long hair opened the door.

I smiled and said "ohh uhh these are for Elizabeth from my mom"

Then Hayes came up behind him and gave me a hug.

Then the boy went to call his mom over.

"Uhh that's Nash right" I asked him

He laughed a little and said yea

Elizabeth then walked over and came and gave me a hug and said Merry Christmas.

She then read the note out loud

Thank you Elizabeth for being there for my daughter when I wasn't and for letting her have a good friend like Hayes have a Merry Christmas :)

She smiled and took the little bag of cookies and told me to tell my mom thank you.

Before I started walking home Hayes stopped me and gave me a tight hug said "wait here I got something for you"

Well ok Hayes I stood there waiting thinking it was sorda cold why is he taking so long.

Then Nash walked out and said "uhh he might take a while he can't find it so you wanna come in"

I smiled and said "oh uh yea thanks"

I sat down trying not to look awkward.

"What's your name" Nash randomly blurted out

"Ohh my names Mara"

He looked at me blankly "nice to meet you my names Nash "

I laughed "nice to meet you too and your name reminds me of Nashville "

He laughed then asked me "so are you and Hayes dating"

"Oh nah we're just really good friends"

"Awe" he said sorda stopping the conversation then finally Hayes came down with the gift

"Well it's about time" I said making fun of him

"Shutup Mara"

"Well your rude" I said trying not to laugh

He laughed before me anyways
"Hope you like the gift text me later"

I smiled and he gave me a hug and he squeezed a little.

I started walking back home and I told my mom about how Elizabeth said thank you and whateverrr.

My dad put in a Christmas movie and grabbed the pretty big present from the closet and said

"Merry Christmas now open it"

I looked at it and started taking off the wrapping paper it was in a square blue box I opened the box it was empty...

Great

My mom looked at me then said "that's not your present"

Gosh these people confuse me
