Out In The Rain

Shawn's pov

We quickly got out of the car, ran straight into the house, then walked into the kitchen. (Y/n) walked over to the glass sliding doors then turned back around to look at me.

"Could you go and stand my plant back up please?" She asked

"Babe it's raining I'm not going out there. I'll get all wet."

"Please Shawn?" She asked again, wrapping her arms around my stomach while I wrapped my arms around her back.

"How about you go and fix it and I'll get you a towel for when you come back inside?"

"Fine." She laughed, turning back around and opening the door.

As soon as she walked out the door I took out my phone and started recording her. I closed the door and she turned back around in shock, then playfully stomped off to go and stand up the fallen plant. She ran back to the door and started knocking on it.

"Let me in Shawn." She said with a big smile playing on her face.

"Go stand my plant up and I'll let you in." I replied. She ran back down the garden to stand up my plant as quickly as she could.

"Man, I love this girl." I said to myself aloud

While she was out there she ran to the other side of the garden which was past a wall. I opened the door and hid behind the wall, hoping she didn't hear me. I whispered to my phone saying that I'm gonna scare her when she comes around the corner. I hopped out and shouted 'BOO' which made her scream loudly in response.

"God Shawn. You scared the shit out of me." She said, walking by me and running back into our house.

"Babe that was so funny." I laughed, stopping the video.

"Yeah yeah, but I'm really cold now." She said, shaking a bit

She walked over to me and gave me a hug getting me even wetter since she was out in the rain longer.

"I love you Shawn."

"I love you too (y/n)." I replied.

"I better get changed now." She mumbled into my chest.

She pulled away and started walking towards the stairs, swaying her hips side to side.

"Mhmmm baby." I groaned, making her turn around.

"I'll be in the shower if you want to join me." She smirked before walking up the rest of the stairs, me following not long after her.
