Everything is over the top.
It's like they are constantly auditioning for Pretty Little Liars. Everything is shocking. The answers to the test are breaking news. And the latest social news is always jaw dropping. No matter the news, big or small, it doesn't matter to her. She'll treat it like a terrorist attack. She doesn't know when to stop. Everything is over the top. Everything is big news,
They go big with everything. They never dress down. They always are dressed for the occasion. No matter what kind of day they are having, you will never see them dressed down. It's always nice skirts and shoes. Cute shirts and jeans. Fancy jewelry and complicated updos. Her daily routine is like a broadway performance. The way she dresses. The way she talks. The way she acts. Even the way she walks.
She thinks she is better than everybody. She thinks she is going places. Normally she acts. She thinks she is good. Maybe she actually is. But there are always people who are better than her. She doesn't realize that. She thinks she is the best. Everybody at school tells her that. Everyone just wants her to remember them if she actually does go somewhere. Let me tell you, they won't. People will find her boring, bland, the same. I've seen a few drama queens. They come and go.
Not every drama queen acts. Not every drama queen thinks they are above average. Most of them are just naturally drama. When they are tired they are more crabby than when they are on their period.Don't laugh. You know it's true. When they are happy they are overly obnoxious.
When they are upset it's the end of the world. Don't get too close to them when they are upset. They will rip your face off and then they will drop a bomb. You will leave feeling worse than she does.
The drama queen is drama. She's the queen of it. She spreads rumors like wildfire. She'll relay the rumor in record time. And she'll twist it up and down like a pretzel. She's the person in the friend group that causes riffs. She's the first person people blame when trouble strikes. She's the first person people shut out when things get bad. She's the first person people get rid of.
You don't want to deal with her. She wonders why she was casted out. I'll tell you why. It's because no one wants to put up with her drama. No one wants to deal with her BS. No one wants to be the friend of the drama queen. Because when you are friends with her, you are entangled in everything she is in. You deal with her rumors. You deal with people coming up to you. You deal with all her problems.
Once you befriend the drama queen, you might as well call yourself one as well.
