My One and Only

Chapter 4

CHAPTER 4

Saturday came and I was ready. Me and Hailey texted back and forth ideas for our makeup and hair hours before it even time to get ready. Leo texted me too.

Leo: Hey cannot wait to see you tonight!!!!!!!!

Raven: I cannot wait to see you either!!!!!!!!

That kinda put a smile on my face.

The dance started at 5 so naturally I started getting ready at 3. I slipped into my dress and put on my black combat boots (maybe not the most classy but cute and comfy) and I put on my dolphin mood necklace. I walked into my mom's bathroom and put down all the things I would need like hairspray, bobby pins, my big boxes of makeup, etc. etc. About an hour and a half later I had perfected my look.

My hair was in a braided bun (held tightly secure by many bobby pins and much needed hairspray) and I
left my bangs free along with two ringlets framing each side of my face. My makeup was elegant but simple, I had done my eyelids with a white shimmer and I had my eyes outlines with a black liquid liner that extended out on the corners into a beautiful cat eye. I had used a dab of rosy pink blush to highlight my cheeks and for my lips I had used my favorite baby lips that had a slight pinky tint with a glimmer as well, pretty but not overly dramatic!

I took a selfie and sent it to Hailey.

Hailey: OMG YOU LOOK GORGEOUS!!!!!!!!!

Raven: Awww thanxies you!!!!!! X3

Raven: Are you ready yet? :3

Hailey: YUSSSSS!!!!! 1 sec I'll show you! ;3

....

Hailey: Tada!!! :D

She sent her selfie. I recognized her makeup instantly it looked just like Elsa's. She had switched to contacts tonight and she had her long blond hair in a French braid and her makeup was stunning! She  had a light purple eye shadow covering her eyelids and a gentle cat eye surrounding her blue green eyes. Her lips were a plum like pinky purple and she had also added just a dab of rosiness to her cheeks. In other words she looked amazing!

Raven: OMG YOU LOOK AMAZE!!!!!!!!! ;)

Hailey: Thank you!!!!! :3

Hailey: My mom and I will come pick you up in about 20mins kk?

Raven: Ok sweet see you then!

20 minutes later I was in the car with Hailey, Rehannah and their mom. All of a sudden Hailey started giggling.

"What?" I said.

"Do you think that Jackson will be in a tux?" She said sniggering.

I burst out laughing. "I have no idea!" I choked.

"Or Leo?" She said still laughing.

I started laughing even harder! The idea of Leo in a tux was well... Kinda funny.

We all walked into in dance together towards the snack bar where we going to meet up with everybody else. Jackson was the first one to spot us. (and yes he was in a tux)

"Wow Hailey you look amazing!" He said in awe.

Hailey blushed. "Th-thank you." she said tucking a stay strand of blond hair back behind her ear.

Rehannah grinned at Hailey then left us to meet up with Cody.

Jackson tilted his head. "It kind of reminds me of Elsa will you be singing let it go tonight?" He said with a coy smile.
