Falling

Part 13

"Taylor wait.. Taylor!" said Karlie, trying to stop her from leaving.

"Karlie please. Not now." said the singer walking towards the door.

Then she felt Karlie's hand on her arm, pulling her, she finally stops and face the tall girl.

"Why do you hate me?" Karlie's voice was full of sadness that swept her with misery.

"I dont hate you." said Taylor, not looking at her.

"You do, And I want to know why. Why do you hate me? Is it because Im gay? Are you disgusted of me?" asked Karlie, her eyes was looming with sadness.

"Stop it! How low do you think I am?!" shouted Taylor.

"Then tell me why?!" Karlie screamed back.

"Just stop it Karlie!"

"No! I deserve an explanation!" the tall girl shouted back.

"Because you made me question myself!" Taylor burst out.

Karlie was out of words. Confusion was written on her face.

"Before you, I was perfectly happy. I thought I finally came into the point of my life where I finally know myself. Then you came, and everything that I believe in, and everything..." Taylor stops. She felt her legs weakend. Slowly she fell down and sat on the floor.

"I dont understand.." said Karlie.

Tears starts falling from the singer's eyes. She look up at Karlie.

"I dont know now what happiness means.. without you." she said.

Karlie bit her lips. She then lowered her self down. She waited for a while for Taykor to stop crying. Then she said...

"Taylor, can't you see.. Your happiness means everything to me... Even if it hurts."

Tears still rolling down Taylors eyes as she continued.

"I thought I could get over it. I really thought I could... But seeing you with Tori hurts me so much that all I could do was to avoid you, so that I will stop hurting. So just please Karlie...stop... Stop being around."

Hearing all those words finally breaks Karlie, tears falling down her eyes, she starts weeping.

"Say it." said the tall girl. But the singer just stared at her.

"Say... It.." she repeated in a heavy voice.

"Say what.." asked Taylor.

"Tell me the reason why youre hurting."

For a moment they just eyed each other. Then the singer took a deep breath.

"Because I love you." she said looking away. But she felt Karlie's hand on her face. Caressing her cheeks, wiping her tears away.

Then she felt Karlies lips on her. It is what she expect it to be, soft and warm.
