Jack’s day was pretty much very uneventful after he talked to Alex. He ordered pizza for dinner cause his parents had a last minute meeting to attend and wouldn’t be home until ten. He really hated eating alone but it was that or waits till they got home.

When the pizza arrived, Jack had been in the living room playing Halo 4 on his Xbox and being very pissed at the people he was playing against. He got off the couch and answered the door. There was a guy waiting for him, with a buzz cut and a megawatt smile, ‘Large meat lovers?’ Jack shook his head yes. ‘That will be $16.35.’ Jack handed him a $20 bill and said ‘Keep the change.’ ‘Thanks man.’ Jack smiles and shuts the door bringing the pizza into the living room and going to the kitchen to get something to drink. Walking back into the living room he sits his drink down, turns off the Xbox, and turns it to Cartoon Network hoping Adventure Time is on and it is. Sitting down on the couch, opening his Monster and grabbing a slice of pizza relaxing while watching his favorite show.

About three hours later, the living room looks like he had a few friends over, an empty pizza box, 5 cans of Monster, a few candy wrappers and a bowl of popcorn; all are on the table. Jack phones buzzes on the table indicating a text from Zack, he grabs it and opens the text, Hey asshat, what’s up?

Jack laughs at his friend and replies, just thinking about your mom, why what’s up

I’m coming back home tomorrow, gma got sick and turkey day was cancelled

FUCK YEAH!!! I mean I’m sorry to hear that. ;)

my mom yelled at me and I started smiling when she told me

haha only you Merrick only you

shut up I was happy I get out of this house there’s nothing to do anywhere

haha you should see my living room it looks like I had a party

haha such a pig Barakat

Jack looks at the time on his phone, ‘SHIT!!!!’ It’s says it’s 9:45pm and his parents will be home in fifteen minutes and the living room is a disaster. He jumps up grabbing the cans, the box, and the bowl of popcorn and tosses it all into the trash can located outside the back door. ‘SHIT!! THE BOWL’, he dives into the trash can, grabbing the bowl and coming back into the house. Putting it in the dish washer and running back into the living room and grabbing the candy wrappers, tossing them into the trash can by the magazine rack.

Looking around the room, he sees nothing out of place or something that shouldn’t be there, grabbing his computer and going up to his room, deciding to take a shower since he did just dive into a nasty trash can. Putting the laptop on the bed, grabbing his phone, his iHome and a fresh pair of boxers, walking to his bathroom and shutting the door. Turning on the shower, getting the water at the right temperature and slowly stripping his self-naked, stepping into the shower letting the water cascade down his body. His thoughts go back to the chat earlier with Alex and how perfect his laugh was and his voice, he didn’t want to tell Alex that it’s one of the best he’s ever heard. He shakes his head ridding the thoughts from his head before he gets too attached to the stranger.

Jack hears a knock on the door while he’s washing the conditioner out of his hair, ‘Yeah?’ ‘We’re home Jack.’ His mom says through the door. ‘Okay. I’ll be out soon.’ Jack continues to rinse the conditioner out, turning off the water and grabbing a towel from the rack. He wraps it around his waist and steps out of the shower. Drying off his body, pulling on his boxers, and drying his hair off as much as he could, he walks back into his bedroom. Grabbing a pair of sweatpants and a random Blink 182 shirt from his closet, he pulls them both onto his body and walking upstairs to see his parents in the kitchen warming up some dinner for themselves. He talks with them for about 30 minutes before they say they’re off to bed. Jack grabs another Monster from the fridge but decides he better have water since he just had five earlier without even realizing it.
