Chapter 1

Maddie's POVvfv

*Beep*Beep*Beep*

It was finally the last day of school free from the work and time to party! I just knew this was going to be a summer to remember! :)

So after laying in my bed for about 5 more minutes I finally got up and looked in the mirror before getting dressed.My long brown hair was a mess and my blue eyes sparkled in my reflection.

Then I picked out my favorite outfit for today to finish the year off looking my best. I wore my favorite denim shirt and white leggings with my favorite brown belt. I also straightened my long brown hair and put a little mascara and eyeshadow on to finish off my look.

After I finished getting dressed I went downstairs to get some apple juice and go to school when I noticed that my mum had left a note on the counter

It read:

Maddie,

got called into work early see you when I get home love you!

My Mum Lisa works at a hospital and everytime someone has an emergency she gets called in to help take care of them. Its just me and my mum who live in England my dad left when I was a baby.

I'm 18 years old now and my mum has been there and been strong through everything that has happened through the years.

At school I met up with my bestest friend in the whole world Joelie! We've been best friends since birth my mom and her mom have also been friends since 2nd grade. Me and Joelie are like sisters we are always there for each other through EVERYTHING!! We are both also like One Directions #1 fans we have always wanted to meet them.
