"One second," I motioned to my phone and Hannah nodded, dismissing me with her hand playfully.
"Yes, Pearl?" I said, walking outside the doors and into the backyard.
"I'm coming now," she said and I stopped walking instantly. "I have something to tell you."
"You can't come now," I said, looking back at the now sleeping Hannah with her hands resting back and dangling off the couch's side.
"Why? Hunter I'm coming no matter what--"
"Okay, okay you can come."
"Good."
I slid the phone in my pocket after she finished talking and walked over to Hannah.
"Hannah?" I whispered and she murmured an 'I love you,Hunter'
I smiled and carried her body between my arms and walked her up the stairs and into my room. "Hannah?" I shook her shoulder lightly and she opened her right eye.
"Don't go down, alright?" I told her and she nodded. "Good girl."
She let out a laugh before she covered herself tightly with the sheets.
Moments passed before Pearl was standing behind the door, and I let her enter.
