(Alex's POV)
Me and Shannon have been going out a little less than three weeks now- and everything is going perfectly. Were about to go on a date rite now, Shannon is just finishing up getting ready, and were gonna head down to the park for a picnic. We are adorable together- if I do say so myself, i'm going to ask her to be my girlfriend soon- I'm really nervous though. I mean, what if she says no? I would die a little, and wouldn't that be weird to have between our friendship? I mean I guess we are already more than friends, and if we ever went back to only being friends I couldn't imagine it being weird. I mean- If we had sex- then I could imagine it being kinda weird- wait how do lesbians even have sex? How do they...? I don't even know if i'm lesbian - am I? I'm overthinking. Definitely over thinking. "Are you ready?" Shannon asks, walking into the room. "Yes, I am." I said, grabbing the picnic basket. Then walking out the front door, enveloping Shannon's hand in mine.

"Hey, Alex?" Shannon asks as we walk towards the car, about to drive back from our date "W-will you be my girlfriend?" She asks. "Of course." I reply, trying to be nonchalant, but honestly screaming inside. I was going to ask, I was so nervous she would say no, but she actually asked me. We're girlfriends now. Me and Shannon Taylor are girlfriends now. God i'm so happy rite now "I'm so glad you said yes." Shannon stated "I was actually going to ask you." I reply, as we approach the car. Shannon stops walking. "Hey why'd yo-" Pressing her lips to mine for a gentle, yet passionate kiss. It only lasted a second. "I've been waiting to do that for so long." Shannon says "Me too." I say
