A half of a person
A side by contrasted light
Bare from judgement
Clean of bias
Just the shadow of the deed
No evidence of time
A moment, a person
An image present but wiped clean
It may look nearsighted,
Yes.
But we live in a world
Where we look so far
From the past and even to the future.
We forget the present
The supposed to be unbiased
But turned into another trial
Past thrown above and under
People seem to be living in court
Silhouettes
They are blank
A moment where we are both blinded
To what's good or bad.
Just the action and the nature of it
Clear from intention
And prejudice
Devoid of thoughts.
Silhouettes can play in the name of good or bad.
But life today
Focuses too much
On the former or the latter
Making the present untouched.
Blinding us from this one thing we need.
A moment, even just for once,
Where we just let our thoughts pass
And let something be brand new to our eyes.
