Chapter 32

Skyler's P.O.V

I opened my eyes. "What time is it?" I mumbled as I felt a headache go to my head. I looked at my phone and read 6:30 a.m. It's too early.

Darren was still sleeping. I sighed and went to get a glass of water. I drank the water and went back to my room.

I laid in my bed and tried to go to sleep, buy yesterday's events came to my mind. Sebastian with those girls.

Why was he acting like that?

My phone rung. I saw the caller. Sebastian.

I really didn't want to talk to him. My phone silently rung while I was starting to get sleepy.

My eyes were slowly closing. I needed sleep.

"Skyler. Skyler. Wake up." a voice whispered at me. "5 more minutes." I pulled the covers over my head.

"Skyler get your ass up!" I sat up and saw Darren getting dressed for school. "Hurry up we're going it be late." He said while rushing to the bathroom.

I didn't want to go today for two main reasons. One, I don't want to see or talk to Sebastian. Two, my headache is coming back and it's killing me!

Our room door opened and dad came in. "Skyler, get dressed. It's time for school." he while walking to my bed.

"Dad, I don't feel well. I'm having this major headache and it hurts." I said while holding my head.

"Hmm." Dad placed his hand on my forehead. "You see to be getting warm. You're not going to school. I'll get some medicine for your headache and for your soon to be cold." Dad left.

Darren cane out of the bathroom. "Dad said that I can't go to school. I'm getting a cold." Darren placed his hand on my forehead.

"It looks like you might get a fever, soon." Darren sounded worried. "Kyle! Luke!" In a split second, Kyle and Luke came in our room.

"She's sick! Hospital! ASAP!!" Darren was freaking out. Kyle and Luke started to touch my forehead.

"She's getting warmer!" Luke yelled. "It's ok. Skyler. You'll be fine. We're here with you." Kyle said.

Dad came in with the medicine. "Um what's going on here?" Dad approached my bed.

"Here take this. It's for your headache." Dad handed me a pill and a glass of water. I swallowed the pill and drank some water.

"And take this. It's for your cold." Dad poured some wired liquid. "It'll taste a little bitter so just drink some water after drinking the medicine."

I slowly drank the medicine. It tasted so nasty, but as long as it helped me I need to drink it. "Boys!" Dad yelled at my brothers.

"Go get ready for school." "Ok, dad." My three brothers said in unison. They left the room. "Brothers." I laughed.

"Haha, alright. I'm going to go get the twins ready for school. I'll be back soon. If anything happens. Just call me." Dad kissed my head and left.

After a few minutes. I heard the  front door close. So here I am, in bed and sick. I decided to watch Netflix. I clicked on a show called Parks and Recreation.

I clicked the first episode.

"Damn it Jerry. Always ruining everything." I scolded on of the characters. "Well it's been an hour and I'm hungry."

As I walked downstairs, I heard my phone ring. "Ugh! I just got down the stairs!" I stomped to my room and answered the phone.

"Hello?" "Skyler, it's dad. I'll be going to work early, so I won't be able to go home. Don't worry, I told your brothers to check you when they get home." "Ok dad. I'm just getting some food and going back to bed." I replied. "Ok sweetheart. I'll see you later." The call ended.

"Back to the food." I walk downstairs and start preparing a good breakfast. I made some pancakes, cut some fruit, and poured some good, fresh orange juice.

"Now to see what's ok T.V." I sit on the couch and looked through the channels. The show, Ridiculousness was on.

"I love this show!" The videos were so funny. There was this one video where this guy tried to balance in his motorcycle, but he fell down in a lake.

I laughed while watching this show. It was probably the best show ever. After my breakfast, I went to wash my plate and took a warm shower.

After my shower, I changed into my pajama pants and a black tank top. "Koda!" I yelled for our dog. "Where is that dog!"

I was tackled to the ground. "Koda!" He started to lick my face. "Ok, let's get you some food." Koda barked an started to play with his ball.

I grabbed his doggy bowl and poured his dog food and some water. "Koda! Food!" I called Koda and he came running.

"Good boy." I smiled at Koda. What a great dog. I heard a knock on our door. "I'm coming! Stay on guard, Koda." Koda growled at the door.

I opened the door. I completely forgot about him. Why did he have to come?!

Sebastian stood there with a box of chocolates in his hand and a medium-size teddy bear that said I Love You!

Great. Now I have to deal with him.
