Today has been......well......let me just start from the beginning.
So I was at Kim's locker asking her question on how to calculate this hard math sum when we saw everone rush to the cafeteria. So like normal teenage girls, we followed them.
Jennifer had everyone's attention. "We are and never will be an item,"she said proudly and snapped her fingers. "Who in the world gave you that idea?"
I had a bad feeling about that. In my mind I prayed that it wasn't who I thought it was.But I forgot lady luck never smiles at me. "Jennifer b..b..but,"Glen stummered. I felt so sorry for him. Jennifer is a heartless and ruthless person. How do you just do that to a person
I couldn't just let her do that to him. I wanted to go right up to her and slap some sence and manners into that little brain of hers, but Skyler beat me to it.
"What is your problem Jennifer. You did say Glen was your boyfriend, you were announcing it to everyone at his birthday party. How are you so heartless? You discust me,"Everyone started mummering. Jennifer then got super mad.
She got up to Skyler's face, sized her and asked "And who was talking to you loser?". Skyler tried to speak but no words came out.Luckily Kim and I came to her rescue."She's right Jennifer. You have no right to treat people like that," I said proudly folding my arms. Kim stayed quite as usual since she is super shy.
I could tell Jennifer was speechless. She just said whatever , flipped her blonde hair and walked away with her mindless minions following her. I knew deep inside she was really embarrassed and ashemed that she couldn't show her face in public.
That girl is just cruel. After she left, I went to Glen and comforted him. Even though deep inside I really wanted to tell him 'I told you so'. But all he wanted was to be left alone.
OK I feel bad for him but that will teach him to listen to me.
At home, he came to my room. "Gwen, I am so sorry. I should have listened to you?" He said all sad. "Yea, you should have" I said giggling "But......will you be alright?" I asked.
"Pssht yea I'll be fine. What makes me feel really bad is that I didn't listen to you," he said. Ok, OK I get it... he's sad.
"Yea yea yea. I'm the best ..
..blah blah blah," I joked.Dad then burged in uninvitedly. "Don't forget tomorrow is camping. Get ready and pack your staff. We're leaving at dawn." He said.
Ugh I totally forgot about that camping trip. I hate camping. I'm more of an indoor kinda girl. Nature hates me :-(
